Tim was the first one to respond and he came super quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote right from the start. I got to compare his quote with various others and he had the best rate. I could also tell that I can trust him because he was very upfront with everything he said he wanted to do and could do and he answered all the questions I had. He has lived up to that promise and more this whole time. Professionalism and dedication to work: from the little that I know about biweekly yard maintenance I feel like most landscapers come out for an hour or two for the quoted price. However, Tim has worked in our yard for sometimes over three hours because he is dedicated to getting the job done and making sure the yard looks great. He cares very much about the work that he does and that's why he stays until the job is done. Odds & Ends: we had two dead trees in the yard that had to be cut down, and Tim took it upon himself to find an excellent arborist that he knew of that would give us a good price and do excellent work. We also got other quotes and indeed found that Tim's recommendation was the best. If that wasn't enough, Tim noticed that we had some potentially broken fences and as predicted the fence fell down a few days later with a giant gust of wind. Tim offered to fix the fence with a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend Tim enough because I admire his work ethic and his commitment to getting the job done. Usually I try to work with businesses that have lots of good reviews already but they all had to start somewhere so I thank my lucky stars that I became one of his first customers and got in on the ground floor!

When the work started to clear everything out, we found out we had to much water in that area that would fill overnight and that was without raining. Jesse was back here again talking to us about the plan and explaining everything in details like how it would hurt stability of the building in the future if we do not deal with water issues. He wasn't forcing sale onto us and let us decide what we wanted to do. We ended up going with a lot of work done like filling in with larger rock, building retaining walls, and creating the french drain to let excess water drain into a ditch. Everything turned out to be perfect. They even helped us put in and cap future waste and water pipes. It was a lot more cost than we expected but given how much in touch Jesse keeps with his customers and explains everything and so are his employees too I can't say anything but the good. His guys that do the work are also very knowledgable and can help you answer any questions or anything that comes up. We had a lot of chat with them and they really do put in hard work.

When he quoted me for the job it was half of the price of all the other estimates I had received. So we looked at what would be left to do the whole bathroom and to do the whole bathroom and the estimate was still cheaper with my colors and tiles that I wanted. Dan returned my Yelp request for contractors and provided helpful guidance and no pressure offer to check it out. He was very clear and precise up front about the cost of inspection and then costs for possible repairs, which depended upon what he and the scope discovered. He installed two clean outs, relined the 50+ year old cement sewer line, applied for permit and inspection, and was on site during inspection and promptly filled in the hole. His crew was polite, efficient, and tidy! Dan was helpful and extremely communicative and punctual. We have recommended ATC to others and will call him again if ever needed - which we shouldn't but it is comforting to know we know a trustworthy and honest plumbing contractor!

Dan showed up the same day to take a look and walked us through what needed to be done. Everyone else I called said it'd be at least a week before they could get someone out. Not fun when you have the water off! The crew was on time, had the right equipment, and got everything dug up and replaced way faster than we expected. What stood out most was how clean they left everything -- no mess, no damage to the yard, and they even compacted everything smooth again before they left. Couldn't even tell there was an issue. Price was fair and communication was great from start to finish. Definitely the kind of company you keep in your phone for the next project. I'll be hiring them for a few other projects on my rentals, they have a wide range of skills!
