It is uniquely designed and very eye catching. They have a average size Front Desk Reception. The Lobby is lovely. They offer complimentary, Coffee, Sodas, Tea and Cookies. There are a few chairs to sit down and some desks to fill out your paperwork. They also have a Smart TV with a dynamic picture setting installed in the wall. The Christmas tree is up and lit and it is oversized and beautiful! Erik assisted me every step of the way explaining how insurance works, how long repairs take and what the process was like. They treated him fairly, found that his 2006 Honda Ridgeline had several major problems but they did NOT take advantage of my boy, he is 22 so not a child, but I was concerned just the same. They SHOWED him everything that was wrong and explained what not fixing it would mean. Their prices were MORE THAN FAIR and they allowed us to leave the vehicle at the shop for a couple days because my son does not even live in Ft Worth and had to get a ride back to Denton, find transportation for himself and his girlfriend in the heat of August and they were incredibly accommodating. As I said, I was actually in a live in rehab facility and they also explained everything to me and we were able to come up with a plan. I didn't know anything about Auto Car Care Center's shop, but after speaking to Jeff, the owner, on the phone prior to the tow, I felt he could handle the problem. Jeff worked on my vehicle with the true knowledge of a Saturn's components the other shop never showed me even though they touted being Saturn specialists. Jeff, by far, is a true Saturn specialist. With his determination, he fixed my transmission issue by installing a remanufactured valve body. While there, he noticed a hesitation when starting the vehicle, and then he recommended a new fuel pump and seal. I finally got the call that my vehicle was "ready to take on the world". No problems since I left that shop! I cannot recommend this shop enough! After personally owning and operating a classic vehicle restoration shop for 35 years, I can attest that Jeff operates his shop with honesty, a high level of professionalism, a vast auto parts' knowledge and always keeps the cost of the job down for the customer. He saved me over $2500. from having to buy a remanufactured CVT transmission and labor installation cost!

Got quote for $400 Install:…read more 1. Front bumper with fog lights and light bar 2. Install small wench 3. Install bumper grill 4. Hook up reverse lights on back bumper. 5. Hook up reverse sensors on back bumper. Told me wench was too small for bumper so it wasn't installed. All the following I wasn't told about and had to find out later. Sensors constant screaming - he said it was my after market bumper. It was not. I repositioned them so they now work correctly. Got home and had to call them back. I found the light bar wasn't even hooked up. He said it needed an adapter and he didn't feel comfortable hooking it up in case of fire. Didn't offer to get one, so going through the bumpers seller I ordered it myself. The fog lights they put in the bumper were all 4 very loose. The bumper has seam covers which are screwed in with 12 bolts on both sides. They threw those in the back of my truck and I had to go back to get my bolts. When I picked them up I told him I ordered the light bar adapter. He said he'd charge me $125 to install it. Really? 1. The wench wasn't installed. 2. The fog lights were not tightened, I'm glad I didn't loose them. 3. The light bar was part of the install for the bumper. 4. Neither one of the seam covers for the bumper were done. 5. The parking sensors just needed adjusted, it wasn't the 'after market bumper'. I go back in to talk to him and one of his employees that did the install tells me the wrench was part of the bumper and I said no it wasn't. It was an add on and was too small. Not that, that has anything to do with I've already paid for the lights. He said, "I don't know what to tell you" All this and you're going to charge me more to put on the lights?? From talking to my customers it appears this isn't a 1 off issue. I won't be back to Viper.

The reviews for this place are excellent and so I decided to take my Tacoma to them to get some…read morework done. The truck is fairly old so, among several other things, they quoted new shocks and strut assemblies. After getting the truck back and driving a few days back and forth to work I noticed that it always had a pronounced lean where the passenger side of the vehicle was riding several inches higher than the driver's side. After calling to confirm, Phil stated that they had done an alignment and had even verified the ride height/level. The truck was definitely leaning though so something was not right, I took it to the Toyota dealership and they showed me the issue. Fort Worth Auto Garage had installed the wrong shock and strut assemblies on one side of the vehicle. I don't believe Fort Worth Auto Garage actually did an alignment or a ride height check, because it surely would have been noticed that the incorrect parts had been installed on one side of the truck. That being said, once I confronted Phil with this information he did agree to install the correct parts so eventually it was fixed. Fort Worth Auto Garage do have reasonable prices, however they seem to be a bit sloppy with their work and they do not seem to pay close attention to details, such as part numbers.
