However, I don't think I will recommend or use them again, because of the 3 month long extremely frustrating experience. If you do decide to use them for windshield repair, I strongly recommend the instant you hear the phrase "back ordered" either get your money back on go elsewhere, or at where they ordered it from and call and confirm for yourself that they ordered the correct windshield. Also, take your car in versus trusting them to come to you.

In March it was leaking oil and overfilled…read more I took it to our original jeep dealer and they couldnt believe what Grapevine had done. i should file in small claims to get them to pay for the garage oil cleanup. This is a warning about their service dept. If they have no quality control and hire anyone to do a simple oil change causing vehicle damage, then who knows where else they cut corners.
