She called to make a therapeutic massage appointment (as a Valentines gift from me) and was told she needed a neuromuscular appointment instead, which she still thought would be massage...it wasn't. And after NOT getting a message, but instead getting a 'medical' appointment that involved an evaluation that was not requested, and the recommendation that she would need to return 5 or 6 times to address the issues identified, she was then pressured into leaving a tip. I have NEVER left a tip for a medical procedure and especially not one I didn't ask for. Very Disappointing!
