I didn't realize that it was a 29 mile drive and thought I left in enough time to make it. I was about 8 minutes late and they called and asked if I was coming. I advised the lady (Brianne) that I would be there in 2 minutes and her initial response was, "well you are going to have a really short massage since you only booked a 20 minute massage." I apologized and explained that I didn't realize their place was so far from my house and that I would be there in a minute. She responded, "well, you're just going to have to fill out the paperwork and reschedule." I advised that I would just turn around and head home then. I called back and spoke with a Manager and advised that I felt her response was bad customer service. She apologized for the response but backed the employee up stating that the massage therapist said that she wouldn't have anytime to give me a massage after I filled out the paperwork. She then proceeded to tell me that I did not request a facial and it was not included in the certificate. I asked for a refund and she said that I would have to contact the company that we purchased the gift certificate from. I advised her I will do that and that I will never come to their business and will advise anyone I run into not to. She just said okay.
