You won't think much originally of this place . In strip mall right off a busy road . Sandwiches were delicious; we ordered Italian turkey and caprice panini . Space is limited if you are with a large group . But definitely way above ur average sandwich shop . Has a local feel to it and food is fresh . The only negative thing was their ordering system . It's easy to miss or get orders wrong . We had to ask our waiter for an order that they forget abt . Basically u walk in , someone take ur order at the door and write it on a notebook , ur food will be brought to you and u pay after u done . Pretty unique system. read more

Really excited i discovered this place. I got the Waldorf salad and turkey apple panini. I loved the salad. A great mix of flavors and just overall delicious. I liked the sandwich but didn't love it, just the flavors together weren't my favorite. I also had a bite of the cranberry turkey sandwich which was really good and the pear and pecan salad was really good too! I'm excited to stop by more often and try more! I'll tell you what, if you live in Davis county and this isn't on your regular rotation of restaurants to hit you need to get there! They keep the place VERY clean and are very COVID cognizant. The owners are rad, the employees are great but the food........ the food is something else! I am extremely picky about my food being fresh and well prepared, they do a great job with the menu to keep it relevant and fresh. The salads are filling and the portion size is awesome, there is nothing worse than going somewhere like Zupas getting a salad for $12 dollars then having to stop at the gas station for snacks in an hour because lunch was so small. I give 5 stars if everything about my dining experience is perfection. The food here was awesome. I came with some girlfriends (as did every other person during the lunch rush, not a single man in sight) and we all enjoyed our lunch. I got the pear salad and apple panini, both divine. My only complaint is the ordering procedure. Someone mentioned in earlier reviews that it's awkward...and they were correct. You walk in and don't know what to do. People are just standing around and there's no counter to order at. So we all just stood there (strangers included) until a man walked up and said, "anyone ready to order". It was so strange. And they struggled with refilling our empty water glasses during our meal. I went back another time and things were a lot better. The guy taking our order was super nice and friendly. I'd never been here, but had seen folks posting about it on social media, so I added it to our list of places to try the next time we were in the Salt Lake City area. I read on their website that their busy times were 11:30-1, so we made sure to come in at 1 to miss the rush. The parking lot though - it's a little tight and a little full from probably their patrons as well as the other businesses. By the time we turned around though, 2 cars were pulling out, so it was all good. I can see though how it would be an issue if you came at a busy time. You order before you sit down and then they tell you where to sit. They had the main menu and then the special/seasonal menu on a separate board. I couldn't decide what to have so I ordered the Cranberry Turkey Panini (seasonal winter only), $8.50: cracked wheat with house made cranberry sauce, turkey, provolone AND the Pear & Pecan Salad, $9.95: mixed greens, pears, candied pecans, gorgonzola, bacon, red wine vinaigrette (GF). I wanted a full of each, but when the order came they did a half and half. Initially I was annoyed, but it ended up being plenty filling - full and whole would have been way too much. It comes with Kettle chips too. They were both so so good. I asked for some mayo, and the panini did need it. But it was delicious, and the salad was well dressed. Just a really tasty lunch. My daughter ordered the Italian Turkey panini, $8.50: cracked wheat bread, turkey, sundried tomato tapenade, provolone, fresh basil and she was not a fan. It looked dry. Probably needed some mayonnaise or something wet. We ordered fountain Coke and Dr. Pepper and they both tasted weird. Not like the syrup was out, but just missing some flavor, watered down. While my lunch was really good, it's not a place I would say I must go there every time I come through the area. You can get good salads and sammies other places. And that parking lot would be a deterrent. But I would recommend you try it at least once. read more

Sloppy service literally and a lousy tasting food, go to Zupas or kneaders for better tasting sandwiches. The staff needs to learn customer service. I ordered the thanksgiving sandwich with kettle chips. The waitress nearly tripped spilling my kettle chips on the floor. And did not offer to replenish my plate. Another waiter came by to fill my water and I had to ask him to at least give me some more chips (for the principle that my food I paid for fell on the floor). Entrusting that the waiter knew my order, he swiped my card and charged me $34 dollars for a soup and panini sandwich and chips. Ridiculous! I corrected him that we did not get drinks and he reversed that transaction. I should have trusted my gut on this place when I walked in. I will discourage any visitors from out of state to visit this spot, spend your money on any "healthy spot" but here. read more

I love these guys menu so much. It's almost like they live and love to serve beautiful middle aged women of Utah. If I could take all of your meals home and eat them daily,I would. I absolutely love the half sandwich/half salad combo that you can get here. It still comes with chips, it's plenty of food, lots of flavor, and runs you about $10. The paninis are pretty good, but I was the most impressed with the salads. They give you a lot of ingredients and everything was very fresh. I preferred the Reuben over the Southwest Turkey Panini. Service was great. We walked in and ordered at the counter and then we sat ourselves. About 10 minutes later they brought us our food. Our waters were generally kept full and then we paid at the counter at the end. I will definitely be back. I can't wait to try more of their menu. They have a lot of tasty looking options! You order first and they seat you. You pay at the end. They offer a variety of unique salads and panini's. You can do half soup & half salad or half sandwich & half salad. Very flexible options! I tried the curry chicken salad, which came on a bed of spinach and green onions. The coconut curry chicken was served cold, it was a bit unexpected but makes sense for salad! I enjoyed the sweet curry flavors with the greens. Price is comparable to a chain like Zupas. Generous portion and great service! Where to start, this place is so incredibly delightful! Not only is it delightful but it also very fresh and healthy! I all the fresh greens and fruit and my goodness it was just so delicious! They also have a really good Covid plan. Not only to they have very good spaced out seating but they also have a very clean restaurant. They also provide hand sanitizer at every table (and nice good smelling hand sanitizer). Well actually got to talk to one of the owners! He was very nice and helpful. What a great place for wonderful salads. Found this place on yelp and thought it would be a good place for a girls night out with my mom and sister. It did not disappoint! I got a chicken cashew lemon poppy seed salad, and I am here to say that I could literally drink the lemon poppy seed dressing. It was so light and the lemon was not over powering at all. I wish I had taken a picture of our food but I was with my friends and talked too much. Anyway, this place was so so good! I know a person thinks ok soups, salad and sandwiches how boring, right!? Well, the soups, salads and pastas weren't just the run of the mill choices or flavors! The menu is very unique and full of bold options! I had the Pear and Pecan Salad and it was sooo wonderful! Both of my friends had been here before and both had the Lemon Tarragon Pasta Salad that they said they get every time they visit because they love it so much. I thought the prices were a little high when we first arrived but I understood the price while I was eating this deliciously prepared meal!!
