We were so impressed with the large samples we could bring home and the unique options of vinyl plank that we decided to come back when we needed flooring for a large downstairs room. This time we selected a similar pattern in a more grayish tone and we're very happy with it. The flooring is good quality, the price was very reasonable and the special order of quarter round trim arrived in one day! We met the owner who was very kind the first time and dealt with Dima both times and were extremely happy with his exceptional customer service. It felt good to give a local company our business and this small company is really appreciative for the business. You don't get that kind of gratitude when you spend a thousand dollars at a big box store. Dima even loaded the 16 boxes of flooring into our truck, thanking us again for our business. We plan to be back here this fall to look at carpeting for another large room. I highly recommend this company. It's a refreshing change from wandering around the large conglomerates looking for someone to help with our questions, standing in long lines, never being asked if we would like help getting large heavy items into our vehicle, and barely being thanked if at all for our business when we're spending hard earned money to upgrade our home.

We even upgraded to a higher quality carpet as we did not want seams showing. To make a long story Abby team was here five times with two different installers , replacing carpet and steaming even pulled up carpet to used a new tape to try to reduce the issues. With all this effort the seams are still showing as you see in the pictures attached. I don't know if it's an install or carpet issue but we have had to move on and live with the seams showing. please use this info when you make a carpet company decision, we wanted to buy local and support our community, we will think twice next time.

Prestige Flooring came through for us in a big way. We were moving into a house and we wanted to…read morehave the old carpet replaced upstairs before we moved all our stuff in. A week before we needed to move they said they would be able to start right away. Other flooring services said they needed 1-2 weeks before they could start. We were getting about 1250sqft of LVP installed in 4 bed rooms and a laundry room. After signing the invoice, Vlad's team demoed and prepped all the subfloor two days later. The day after demoing, they said they got the material they needed and went hard at work getting flooring installed. We communicated in advance that there were squeaks in the floor, we marked some of those squeaky locations for them, during the demo and prep they found more squeaking that they fixed for us. Their communication and pricing was amazing. Vlad kept in contact with us every other day via calls and texts. Any questions I had were quickly addressed by him and his team. Some other great details that stood out to me: One of their guys helped me move a heavy package upstairs without me even asking them. They saw I was about to move it and offered on their behalf During prepping they needed to take off all the doors and rehang them. They were able to rehang them better than when we moved in They did a good job at helping clean up a lot of the dust from the carpet and demo. They couldn't get all the dust as some of it required a mop The installers they have work fast and are quite experienced They labeled and organized all the baseboards/trim they took off and neatly put it in the garage. We chose to reuse it and they put it all back well. We just need to repaint it. You could choose to have them replace them and repaint them if you want. We are looking to have our downstairs floor done by them in the future. I was also pleased to learn that the Prestige also does painting at a very competitive price. We'll be looking to have them paint in the future as well. Tips for customers - Make sure you look at floor samples that include the seams, some samples may only show you a full piece so you may not see what the pattern looks like. Some lighter LVP wood samples may have sharp seam contrasts Mark all the areas on your floor where there are squeaks. After your floor is demoed, walk around on it and find more squeaks and mark them with an X using a marker so they are fixed up Get everything you want done in writing and signed off on Make sure the flooring service you go with includes a clause about an installation warranty in your contract. I've had two jobs done by Interior Motives…read more They were the subcontractor for the tile work on our kitchen remodel last year (floor & back splash). This also included advise from their interior decorator Debbie. I was absolutely thrilled with the job they did. Their tile guy at the time was fantastic. This years I had them do the floors for our upstairs bath & downstairs bath & utility room. The upstairs bath was vinyl over older vinyl and it came out perfect. No complaints at all. The downstairs bath & utility room was marmoleum (a linoleum type product which is much stiffer and more sturdy) over the top of old vinyl on a concrete floor. This didn't work as well since the drying glue on the new layer pulled the old flooring loose which caused buckling. They did come back and strip the entire floor down to concrete and put in new flooring at no additional cost. If you are having the same thing done on concrete then have them strip the old floor out. The other issue I had is they could do a better job of calling you back when you contact them. I've talked with them about it and hopefully they will get better in the future.

I found their sales quite good. we did have several issues during the install process for the wood floors that required them to be reinstalled and that took an extra three weeks but in the end the product is lovely and the work seems to of be holding up quite well and I love my carpet's. they did take it on the chin for the additional costs that were incurred so for that I would recommend these guys because they stand behind their work.

The quality of his workmanship wasn't so much the issue- but his attention to detail during the templating process. We chose two granite slabs for a large project which involved a 9 foot island and smaller project for another home. One of the slabs had a river of quartz running through the middle and was templated to be the center focal point of the island. When installation day came, we were surprised to find that the island had no quartz running through the center. We couldn't figure out what went wrong. When the second granite countertop was delivered to our daughter's home for install- there it was. The quartz was placed in front of the kitchen sink. This mistake really showed a lack of caring for customer wishes and a template appointment that was a waste of time. Pretty disappointing. Seams weren't that inconspicuous- I've since had other stone projects with smaller seams.

Before moving forward, I asked several reasonable clarification questions about what was included in the quote, such as removal/disposal, templating, fabrication, delivery, plumbing or appliance reconnection, timeline, etc which was unclear in the quote. Instead of answering those questions, Tom responded in a dismissive and unprofessional way, asking whether I had read the estimate or looked at their website, and saying I could call him if I was "serious about doing business" with them. As a customer, I believe it is completely normal to ask detailed questions before hiring a contractor, especially for a home project involving cost, materials, and installation details. The lack of clear answers and the tone of the response made me lose confidence in moving forward with this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company if you expect clear communication and respectful customer service.
