My saddle height was changed despite my specific request to preserve the saddle position marked with electrical tape. I attempted to follow up by phone and text but received no response. The staff were friendly and were able to throw on a pair of tires in about 15 to 20 minutes . I wanted to support a local shop, but the lack of communication and incomplete work made the $300+ cost difficult to justify. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere for more involved/specialized road-bike service.
