Got a price at Fed Ex. but thought I would stay local as Amanda said she could fill my needs in time. I sent her the info and was very hard to communicate with. I finally got my posters and placecards the day before the wedding!!! The 4X6 poster was far from perfect and let me know on Thurs. night (wedding on Sat.) at 10:36pm. I had to accept the poster as is---she did take some money off. But I really had no choice as we are 1 day till wedding. I went to the store to pick up my order and the placecards font was so small---you could hardly read it!! This again was so unacceptable but I had no choice as the wedding was the next day. We had to make labels and put over the place cards to make them readable. I insisted when she make me new ones as this was not acceptable, but she said that it was going to take 2 days. I will NEVER go there for any printing needs AGAIN!! The gentleman that works there most of the time...is very kind and helpful. I am looking for a manager so I can discuss this issue with her...but right now we have a wedding...which this had put so much stress on our happy day!!!

I dropped an item off for return to Amazon today, and they scanned my return code and took the item so quickly and efficiently. It felt like I was in and out of the store in the blink of an eye. There were 3 staff working, and they were all the picture of courtesy and efficency. Thank you for making a chore less painful, UPS!

I often come here to drop off my Amazon returns and Nespresso capsules. This location is always…read morebusy no matter the time of day I stop in, however, staff always handle the busyness well. All of my encounters have been seamless and quick. I'm always amazed how friendly everyone is. This location isn't super big, but lots of services are offered. I always see people mailing packages, copies, buying supplies, and dropping off Amazon packages. If you don't know the best route to go, ask staff, and they are willing to help. Shipping prices seem reasonable and comparable to other places around. Location is very convenient for me, so I'll continue to come back.

I was just treated so shockingly rudely by a staff member at this store that I am still shaking. A…read morefew days ago, I ordered 10 4x6 cards to be printed. I sent two images- one that was labeled "inside". I thought it was pretty clear I wanted "cards". They even asked if I wanted envelopes. When I got to the store I saw that they had printed they them as flat cards not folded cards with the image inside. I said I asked for cards. These were for a group gift where I wanted each person to be able to write another message in the cards. The cashier asked for the person who made the cards to come out to speak to me. He was immediately rude and combative and said those are cards. I said I can show you the email where I asked for cards with two images- not a postcard. He then said "don't call me a liar". I was completely shocked and said I never called you a liar and I don't think that's a very appropriate response. He said "well don't put words in my mouth". I said I never put words in your mouth I just said I ordered a card with an image on the front and one inside. Shockingly he said you know what- just take them and go elsewhere and waved his hand at me. He completely escalated and was combative in a situation where I was in no way being rude or aggressive. He could have easily said if you want "folded cards" we will have to charge you more and I would have happily paid for them. I've lived in Woodbury for over 25 years. I've never in my life been treated by or talked to like that by someone at any store anywhere. I was so shocked I was literally shaking when I left. I turned at one point to a clerk working at another register with bug eyes like "what is happening here" and he shrugged his shoulders at me! Like this is how they talk to their customers. I went online afterwards to their website to see if they have had other issues with rudeness to customers (they have). I was in disbelief to see that the person I looked at appears to be the same person shown online as the franchise owner. Before I walked out I think he started to realize how out of line he was and he said well I can reprint them for you but at that point I was so in shock and couldn't believe what had happened I said no and left very shaken. If you have pre-printed envelopes or labels, you can just leave your package on the counter and not stand in line, unless you need a receipt.

As I see it, there are 3 facets to sign printing; content, materials and colors. "Bud" stated the they had previous customers unhappy with the colors, but suggested I was out of line in my expectation that the colors be the same as in the proof. He went to great lengths to deflect any responsibility, suggesting it was my error, the maker of their printer, the proof, or just anything else they could pull out of the air to avoid responsibility. Oh, and by the way, I looked at the "reviews" and it seems they pay for the review service. No surprise that the reviews are high. They are not deserved, however, and are managed by SR. Do not trust this company!

I ordered 200 signs and received a call 5 days after ordering saying my file type for my design was not compatible with their programs. That issue was fixed but when I asked about expediting the order due to waiting 5 days to notify me I was told there would be a charge to expedite the order. Never again....
