WHCC has been my go-to for any printing whatsoever, i have never had an issue with them in the last…read more2 years I've been using their services. I mostly use them for printing photos for galleries and they knock it out the park every time. Super fast printing and shipping and the quality is fantastic. I've even gotten pieces framed by them in a pinch and it's in my hands within days, I don't think i've ever waited more than a week, including when there was that snow storm. The one time i've needed customer service there was a real person on the other end of the chat right away, they're almost toooo quick if that's possible. Thanks for all you do!

I am happy with the printing. But their lollipop policy is ridiculous. I have asked them…read morerepeatedly not to include their stupid Tootise Roll lollipop in my order because in a recent delivery, it melted and ruined everything. I had to have it reprinted, adding time and expense to my own work flow. Naturally, I included a note and I asked never to have a lollipop sent to me moving forward. Here's the kicker - they said they can't remove it from their packaing but they could if they drop shipped it to me. AMEN! Finally a solution, Right? Wrong. Then they said they would CHARGE me to drop ship my own order to me to fix their mistake. Appartently drop shipped orders don't include their ridiculous lollipop, which tells me they can remove it if they really need to. They insisted there was NOTHING they could do about charging me for drop shipping. I said that it needs to be escalated and I'm not spending any more time on this. They took my money, as I can see my card was charged, but no apology, no offer to mitigate - nothing. I have had no fewer than 5 calls with them about this idiotic lollipop policy. I have zero time for this. I'm very busy, and I'm the customer, If I say I don't want your stupid lollipop, I don't want your stupid lollipop. To add insult to injury, in addition to being a grown ass adult who doesn't need to be patronized with candy, I'm a type 1 diabetic, so it's like opening the box and seeing a giant middle finger looking back at me. If they can correct this issue without whining about it, I'll update my review. But for now, zero stars.

I am not a regular Yelper, but I had to post my first review after my latest experience…read more.. I have been using Richfield Printing for my printing needs for years. Their consistency is unmatched when it comes to quality and customer service, my two favorite things. With my latest printing request, I decided to contact a local printer instead since it was a smaller job (but still, a very important job). And the nightmare began-- with the local shops my emails were going unanswered, quotes were being delivered weeks later, and when I was finally able to get a response from someone and my product printed, I was disappointed (to say the least) with the results. I even had the local shop re-print...but round two was still not up to my admittingly high standards. So, I did what I should have done in the first place, and I contacted Richfield Printing. Mike gladly accepted my job and patiently answered my extensive questions. The job was printed the next day, and I was provided a tracking number the day after that. Two days later, the package arrived. I must say-- I was a bit nervous after the stress and negative results I'd experienced with the local printers. I opened the box and was immediately pleased with the care that went into the packaging. My product was beautifully separated, wrapped, and protected. (A very nice surprise compared to the way the previous shop had rubber-banded and thrown the product into a paper bag.) Based on the presentation, I knew what came next had to be good...and it sure was. Upon immediate glance, everything looked great...in fact, too great. I was so used to disappointment, this all seemed too good to be true. So I went back to look at every single piece, searching for error, but I found nothing. Only perfectly printed and assembled sheets of paper. Wow. With the abundance of quick-stop print shops, it's a very special thing to find a quality shop like Richfield Printing. The consistent results and care I receive as a customer will keep me coming back for a long time.

Folded and address labels printed out. I did not get the flyers folded as promised and initially gave a less than favorable review. Mike the owner called me right away. Chalk up another learning experience for. A good experience. I ordered a bracket on line that…read moreturned out to be too big so I needed to return it to order a different size. While I have mailed a few packages before through other sources, I have only used FedEx one. Which reminds me of how amazing that experience was. I was fishing a tournament in Alabama. While I was there I purchased a new fishing rod. This rod was too long to mail through regular mail or take on a plane. FedEx however not only stated they could send it, they guaranteed if there was any damage that they would replace my rod. To say I was skeptical would be an understatement. This was an expensive rod that was over 7 feet long. Anyhow when I returned home, my rod arrived the next day with not a scratch on it. Back to this bracket. I had brought a box from home and packed up my bracket at work. This took some time to do while my co-workers made fun of me. When I brought my box in to mail, the young lady that helped me explained that they actually prefer to pack and mail items. Again I was somewhat skeptical that I could just leave my well wrapped box there for them to unwrap. So I paid a small shipping fee and left. Sure enough I received notice in a couple of days that my package was received. Turns out the hardest part of this experience was wrapping my box and being called "box boy" from my co-workers. Dropping it off and mailing it was super simple. Something I will surely do next time.

Last Sunday, on Boxing Day (Canadians get it and it's not a holiday stateside), I wanted to check…read moreout OfficeMax. It's located at Eagan Promenade, which I frequent often, thanks to TJ Maxx, and Barnes and Noble. It's roughly a five-minute drive from the hotel. There was plenty of parking. It was fairly quiet, probably because folks were likely recovering from Christmas or in a food coma from dinner. I backed into a parking spot and walked it. This OfficeMax is huge. The aisles are wide and it's bright. I saw items from my past, such as Pentel erasers. I'm so glad that they still exist. I probably still have mine from grade 8. I'm happy that they come in cool colours now. I spotted a computer rolling bag that I love at this store. I like browsing for one, but I'm not in desperate need for it just yet. The clearance section is at the back of the store, on the left side by the office chairs when you walk into the store. I ended up getting a pencil case to house my calligraphy pens that I have purchased on this trip. OfficeMax has a different feel than Staples. I didn't see a cell phone section where you can actually buy SIMs and phones. You only get phone accessories. OfficeMax has more of the old Grand & Toy stores feel that I miss, where the selection of pencil cases and writing instruments are fabulous. I went to pay for my items and got a chatty man. I signed up for its rewards program. It's free. I signed up for it many years ago, but I wasn't in the system anymore. It's kind of like my identity was erased, which sounds great and weird. I paid with a credit card. It was easy and fast. I thanked the man for his help and walked out with my purchases. My pencil case is perfect. There are elastic loops for my pens, so they don't roll all over the place. It's roomy and I love it for the discounted price that I got. I liked visiting this store. I'd drop by again when I'm in the area. (4)
