This place is the amazing, with some of the best prices in the area. Plants are clearly well loved and cared for. Space is small but has so many plants of all kinds and sizes packed inside and on the sidewalk. Brought a huge monstera for $75. I had seen monstera the same size for $150 several other places around Brooklyn. The woman who worked there (Frida herself??) give some great, totally unpretentious advice to the two people checking out in front of me. I will be back soon! They take Apple Pay!

He's not welcoming or friendly, but I found what I needed, paid, and was leaving as he was working outside. He grumbled something, which I assumed was the beginning of thank you or please come again. But, no--he was asking if I had paid--if there was someone inside. I loaded up my items, rode my bike around the block, and came back for a refund. I'm a Black guy and would like to support Black businesses (which is why I traveled here from my current apartment, which isn't exactly close). But not this one. Never asked if I needed help, never thanked me for visiting (I guess because he thought I stole). But did want me to report to him if I had seen a sales associate inside and paid. F all the way off.

It's not the largest space but all of the plants are organized in a way that allows you to see their vast selection.
