I'm 60 years young and having trouble recouping from a stroke that also led to severe insomnia. A nice lady helped me alot. Very kind, caring, informative. Her name is Kendra, very pleasant, old soul, really cares. Helped me with bargains too and really made my day with a genuine elbow bump and asked me my name...Very good people!!! Kendra and Plantae gets a gazillion stars from this old cowboy read more

The prices are fine I guess, but heaven forbid you have to return anything. I've bought three defective carts from them in a row and they're always looking for ways to skimp out on their return policy. I'm more unsatisfied with them every time I go there, doesn't help the manager's kind of unpleasant. I'm gonna look for another dispensary, and I recommend you do the same. read more

Friendly staff, good product at reasonable prices. Very knowledgeable about product. Will be back. read more

I love this place Have good customer service good prices for flower if you in area go there

I had a pleasant experience here. We are from California and came to Oregon to visit family. We were on the way to Portland to visit the rest of the family when we decided to stop by here since it was on the way. I had hurt my back when I slipped and fell on ice while in Bend and was in a lot of pain in the car. Knowing very little about weed, the staff was very informative and also patient with me trying to make my decision. It was very helpful to be recommended products that may help with what my needs were (in this case pain relief) especially when I didn't know where to start! I really liked how attentive they were and answered the questions we had. I was very impressed as it was my first time at a dispensary too. They do a great job! read more

These guys are always super chill. They have killer deals on pre rolls and weekly deals too! I love this spot

These guys are always helpful and super nice. Definitely some of the best dispo service on the east side.

I had a wonderful experience here. The guys behind the counter were super friendly, informative, and helpful. They had plenty of recommendations and all have turned out great! I'll definitely be back! read more

This used to be my favorite place to go to. Convenient location, I live right down the street so it's easy to stop by. The people were always nice and answered any questions I might have. Sometimes, the person behind the counter wasn't as knowledgeable as I'd expect and I'd end up answering my own questions .. not a big deal. This would be a four star rating, except for there was an incident last time I was there, and how it was handled dropped it down to a one star review. I came in, and asked the budtender for a box of wyld orange white chocolate edibles (which are a one to one ratio that I get for specific reasons). She grabbed the box, stuffed in a zippered bag, I paid, and was on my way. I get home, open up the box and start to chew on one. It's definitely not what I had requested. I look at the box and realize it's the wyld peach white chocolates that are all THC. Not cool that I'm taking a different dose than I thought, but maybe I can exchange. I call the shop and the girl offered no apology, rather saying they "can't exchange it because I already opened it. However, sometimes they can buy them back and sell them individually and that I might get a call back from the owner. Maybe." Needless to say, that never happened and two months later this expensive box of chocolate I'm never going to use is still in my pantry. Bottom line, check your order before you walk out the door, because 1) the budtender doesn't pay attention to the product they're grabbing and 2) they aren't very willing to make things right. Won't be back to Plantae, and am on the hunt for a new dispensary.. read more

Plantae - Peach vs Orange White Chocolate.. how could I tell the difference at first glance? - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Madras, Oregon

Giving one star because they changed their point system a while back and erased the $12 in my account, went in yesterday and the $16 I had accrued had become ¢94. Not coming back ever again. read more

Kendra is a delightful compassionate informative budtender. From the first time we met she focused on where I was and met me there. Very refreshing!. I have never had anything but the upmost respect and patience shown me allowing this senior to feel comfortable seeking what helps with my health issues. Thanks to Kendra my education for pain management has widened and as she is so good at doing my spirits are lifted too! read more

New management definitely revamped this place. Good selection, tons of deals, and friendly staff. What else do you need?

The shut down and have over 10 people in waiting room with no check in. People just walk right in. Cut line and staff doing even great ya.

Will NEVER come back!! Terrible customer service... annoying and really loud. They cut you off every time you wanna talk. Just ridiculous.

I went in for oil and couldn't get it to work on my pen. I took it back for help troubleshooting and they just gave me a new oil AND a free new pen! Great experience. read more

Excellent customer service & love the farm to table quality & value! CBD guidance found here!

One star for being farm-to-table, greenhouse, and charging INDOOR prices!! You get much bigger plants when growing in a greenhouse, and it costs much less to produce, so what is up with the price gouging?? The weed isn't even that good! None of the strains had accurate terpene profiles, they all smelled and tasted like bug feces mixed with something herbal (i used to have lizards, so im familiar with the odor of cricket feces-- which is what im comparing it to). They use predator mites and ladybugs to control their spider mite problem...i asked. It is safer than pesticides I'll give them that-- but, that means hundreds of bugs are pissing and sh***ing on their plants, hundres of times, daily... I also have to agree with another yelper who said their plants weren't flushed properly, as my bud did snap crackle and pop a little bit (nitrates still present, and/or cal-mag was used as a foliar and canopy spray during early flowering stages). Impossible to find a bud here that has most of its resin heads in tact, whoever trimmed it up handled the buds very roughly... This review was based on multiple visits to the bend and madras location. Nice employees, but the weed sucks, sorry! I gave them several tries, to be fair... read more

Not worth the stop. Picked up some flower and it was the worst stuff I have ever smoked,(been smoking a long time) not flushed properly didn't burn right bad after taste and even made a long time smoker ill. No thanks! read more

My niece and I were interested in lotions that contain THC and CBD for back, shoulder and knee pain. We both have problems that come with age. I had been going to Bend to get my lotion. I live at CRR and Madras would be more convenient. It was easy to find and the people were very friendly and helpful. We both left with a product we are happy with. Recently I discovered another place it helps me. At times the bottom of my feet burn at night. I tried it and got relief right away. We were very happy with the service and the product. read more
