And wait for it- the spray tan was on point! My fair skinned daughter had a swimsuit contest in a modeling event the day after we made the appt. The website made it easy to book and see what optimum time you needed to get sprayed in order for the best results the next day. It was so simple! The cherries on the cake was the stellar customer service before and AFTER the service! 12 out of 10 Stars recommend using this service for a superior quality safe spray tan! Thank you!!!

I fake tan for myself normally, haven't had a spray tan in probably +10 years... but this girl has me changing my mind about doing regular spray tans - it's just so much better than doing it yourself. Ariah makes it a great experience because she treats you like a good friend before she even meets you. She also has a sixth sense for weather and predicted it to rain about an hour before I was supposed to leave (which it did!) so she was kind enough to work around my schedule to find a new time for the appt so my tan wouldn't get ruined. It's very easy to get comfy with her when doing the tan and is clearly really experienced as a professional. I LOVED my tan, she made sure to educate me on what to do (I was traveling home that day) and even tho I spent that day traveling the tan turned out beautiful. Highly highly recommend :)

I came across The Winchester Spa and Salon as a suggestion from a friend. I recently was in need of…read morea new stylist because my previous stylist hours and location changed and no longer fit my personal requirements. In this change I was looking to find someone closer to home and someone that had evenings open. I also was looking for someone with experience in working with curly hair (which is not as easy as people might expect.) My friend's daughter also has curly hair and had a great experience with Krista at The Winchester Spa and Salon and so after 5+ months with no cut or color to my hair I was ready to give someone new a try. Krista was knowledgable, friendly, and very skilled at her craft. The team assisting her were very friendly and helped in getting me checked in and set up. I was very happy with her attention to detail, notes for future appointments, and reviewing my options with me to help me achieve my style goals while keeping my hair healthy. I have even booked out my next 4-5 appointments which is a huge help to me. I came to hear of Krista via a recommendation from a friend and would not hesitate to recommend her to others as well. The Salon itself was very attractive, clean, and made me feel pampered. I was impressed by their list of available services as well. Overall I was very happy with the change to a new Salon and new stylist.

Every few months I get haircut and my toenail's done anyways today. I called because I'm having car trouble and won't be able to make my appointment for today. This afternoon, but I wanted to reschedule for next Tuesday in a few days. It's something beyond my control. But the woman on the phone said, unfortunately, she has to charge me 50% of my visit, even if I'm rescheduling, even if it was something beyond my control. So if I was in a car accident and laid up in the hospital, they would just charge me anyway. And I care, that's fine. Maybe it's not a lot of money, but it's a lot of money to me. I spent about $800 a year at the salon, and they charged me $80, which was half of my visit today. And I won't be going back so they took 80 for something beyond my control, but they lost a customer. I'm pretty decent customer. I don't know, like I said, maybe it's not a lot of money to them, but it was to me. And I think it's ridiculous that they couldn't not charge me, because something happened out of my control emergencies, come up ladies, what is happening?

Izzie made my first visit to Charleston Head Spa a memorable one. Her professionalism, knowledge, and kind spirit is evident in her work. I appreciated the way Izzie explained the process, took a good look at my scalp, answered any questions or concerns I had without judgement. Sharing tidbits about my life with her led me to discover some changes I would need to make, thanks to her expertise.
