They are going through some management and company changes right now, so scheduling can be a bit wonky (I got three separate calls to confirm my most recent appointment, in addition to a text, but when I arrived I was placed with a different specialist than I had booked with), but everyone there is very friendly and apparently they are going to be offering more med spa services at this location very soon. I was asked if they could add 20% gratuity, I asked them if they could put it on the gift card as well and they said yes. They couldn't figure out how to do that so said I would have to leave gratuity in cash. Not a pleasant or enjoyable experience I felt like I was an inconvenience.
