For a first time spray tan I had the best experience with Heather of Lowcountry Bronze. I found the…read moresalon to be clean, open, and easy to find with ample parking spots. The door may be locked but Heather was ready to greet me at the door with such a welcoming energy. I felt shy and awkward at first but talking with her I felt more comfortable. You can dress to your comfort level. Prior to the spray, Heather went over the maintenance and tips for having a good tan. It should last about a week when you maintain it and follow the instructions. The spray process itself took about 10-15 mins, very fast. At the end you can use the blower tool to dry out the spray application. Booking was easy using the Vagaro website and Heather reached out as well to see if I had any further questions which I appreciated as a first timer. Overall loved the application process and the communication. Look forward to getting more comfortable with spray tans!

I went in for lip filler with Dr. Nicole and it was a nightmare. I have pretty full lips so I just…read morewanted a little bit of hydration. I had went to a different practice three years prior (out of state) and received half a syringe of filler and left with minimal bruising and swelling. After Dr. Nicole filled my lips I left extremely bruised and swollen. The procedure felt very aggressive and rushed like many other appointments I have had with her. When going back in to the office to express my concern about the lumps, she explained to me that this is very rare and I could have an underlying autoimmune issue going on. After getting hundreds of dollars worth of blood work done to come back all within normal range I again went back in to dr. Nicole to have some of the lumps dissolved. During this appointment she asked her assistant to fill a syringe with hyaluronidase (a substance to dissolve filler) to which she luckily caught her assistant filling the syringe with Daxxify (tox). I can't imagine what would have happened if she didn't catch this mistake. She then explained to me she couldn't feel anymore lumps and to come back in a few weeks for a check. In the mean time I did a lot of research of some of the best injectors in the Charleston area (which I should have done a long time ago) and found an amazing injector. She did an ultrasound on my lips and found multiple lumps remaining and explained I may need to see a plastic surgeon to have them removed. I explained my concerns to Dr. Nicole and requested my money back for the lip filler in which she wanted me to come in. I refused because honestly I lost trust in her. Please do your research and don't go for the best deal when picking your injectors.

I went in for my bridal trial with Kim and she was awesome! It made me feel so relaxed and stress free knowing she would be there on the big day. My mom was with me and made a quick mention she needed to get her hair colored. Kim immediately went to see if anyone was available for my mom and 2hrs later my mom had a fresh cut and color. 2 weeks ago I got married and chose vanity to do all the day-of services! Kim did my hair and makeup and it was great! She was patient and asked me how I felt about everything and if we needed to change anything. 4 stylists came and did 11 people's hair and makeup in less than 4hrs!!!!! They were incredible! It was down to a science and everyone in my bridal party loved their look! The makeup was flawless and everyone loved their lashes! I would highly recommend the salon for their hair and makeup services for everyday life and for big events! They're really responsive and super helpful with any questions/requests!

I left paying way too much along with still having patches of hair left along with being extremely red and irritated. I have gotten this treatment at other places and have never been in so much pain, had a rash, had ingrown hairs, and had patches left behind. This was easily my worst experience getting a wax and I am so unsatisfied. They are opening a new location and have multiple yelp accounts already and I will be reposting in order to get my word across on how horrible this experience was. I do not recommend going here they are not friendly, overcharge, didn't entirely finish my treatment, and made my skin extremely irritated.
