I've seen a lot of employees come and go and have to say that Taylor has been absolutely wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable about all the specials and deals going on, she explained each bed and the different results I would receive. She makes me feel so welcomed and valued! Also, she is always explaining to first time customers the ABCs of tanning in such an informative way that it's remarkable! She clearly has a great relationship with longtime customers as well because it's obvious every time I go to ULTRATAN. I think she is more of a tanning consultant than simply an employee but she makes a difference and is the reason I am a loyal member. The atmosphere is always clean and relaxing! For a first time spray tan I had the best experience with Heather of Lowcountry Bronze. I found the…read moresalon to be clean, open, and easy to find with ample parking spots. The door may be locked but Heather was ready to greet me at the door with such a welcoming energy. I felt shy and awkward at first but talking with her I felt more comfortable. You can dress to your comfort level. Prior to the spray, Heather went over the maintenance and tips for having a good tan. It should last about a week when you maintain it and follow the instructions. The spray process itself took about 10-15 mins, very fast. At the end you can use the blower tool to dry out the spray application. Booking was easy using the Vagaro website and Heather reached out as well to see if I had any further questions which I appreciated as a first timer. Overall loved the application process and the communication. Look forward to getting more comfortable with spray tans!

The texture fits with my desired feel, the tingling or feeling of warmth sensation does not really hit until you exit the tanning choice either bed or stand up. For me was minimal burn, or tingle. There is nothing worse than going to the tanning bed and seeing no difference when you get out. The girl working said they just got all new bulbs for the beds. The monthly packages and prices foe a single visit are super cheep, as are the bottels of lotion. They have a huge assortment of the single use packages and they are cheeper than anywhere else ive been. It is also very cleen! When you walk in it doesent have that grose tanning bed smell. They have cd players and fans in every room. I always use bed #4(I think that one is the best). I also get my hair done there by robin and she is very good at my color i get blonde highlights and dark brown low lights its easy for a hairdresser to mess up blonde but it comes out perfect every time. I live in myrtle beach but id rather make the drive to murrels inlet because i like this tanning salon so much. The employees are very nice and helpfull. I would reccoment tanning here to anyone!!! Ps. They also have this tiney tanning bed for your feet. They let you use it for free. There is sometimes a few minutes to kill because im stuck on bed #4 and i can sit and tan my feet while i wait. No matter what my feet are the last to tan but in just a few times of useing the foot tanner my feet are just as tan as the rest of me.
