My review is for facials and waxings. I have been here quite a bit over the last few months (currently sitting in their parking lot since I arrived early for my appointment that I have today!) Each time I've been in, the receptionist is always so polite and gets me set up in the relaxation area until my tech is ready. They offer drinks, set you up in a massage chair and put a warm neck wrap on you. I always see Fay. I trust her with everything she does! I've received facials, backcials, Brazilian waxes and eyebrow shaping from her. I am NEVER disappointed. She is the one to see if you come for a service. I will continue to book at this spa and with Fay. I highly recommend you do, too!

Then, my appointment was canceled again, they must get sick frequently at Zendulgence or I am just very unlucky. Finally, I have my last appointment. I had 2 add-ons. Yes, they charge me full price for a massage of 60 minutes, they charge extra money for the add-on but did NOT add-on any time. In fact, she ended a couple of minutes early. I feel like I was swindled out of massage time for the add-ons.

The practitioners use a vibrating tool to distract you from the pain so you really don't feel or notice what's going on. I fake tan for myself normally, haven't had a spray tan in probably +10 years... but this girl has me changing my mind about doing regular spray tans - it's just so much better than doing it yourself. Ariah makes it a great experience because she treats you like a good friend before she even meets you. She also has a sixth sense for weather and predicted it to rain about an hour before I was supposed to leave (which it did!) so she was kind enough to work around my schedule to find a new time for the appt so my tan wouldn't get ruined. It's very easy to get comfy with her when doing the tan and is clearly really experienced as a professional. I LOVED my tan, she made sure to educate me on what to do (I was traveling home that day) and even tho I spent that day traveling the tan turned out beautiful. Highly highly recommend :)
