She was an employee for quite some time before purchasing it. She does amazing work, treats her employees and guests with compassion and is hilarious. She's a fun person to conversate with. My review is for facials and waxings. I have been here quite a bit over the last few months (currently sitting in their parking lot since I arrived early for my appointment that I have today!) Each time I've been in, the receptionist is always so polite and gets me set up in the relaxation area until my tech is ready. They offer drinks, set you up in a massage chair and put a warm neck wrap on you. I always see Fay. I trust her with everything she does! I've received facials, backcials, Brazilian waxes and eyebrow shaping from her. I am NEVER disappointed. She is the one to see if you come for a service. She just hardly rubbed her hands over my back for 45 minutes. Never any pressure and she did not hit my pain spots. Next, my appointment was canceled again. Then, my appointment was canceled again, they must get sick frequently at Zendulgence or I am just very unlucky. Finally, I have my last appointment. I had 2 add-ons. My massage was 60 minutes with 2 add-ons, which took 25 minutes between the two. THEY TOOK MY MASSAGE TIME FOR THE ADD-ONS! Yes, they charge me full price for a massage of 60 minutes, they charge extra money for the add-on but did NOT add-on any time. In fact, she ended a couple of minutes early. I feel like I was swindled out of massage time for the add-ons.

If you're into fast stroke and motions and more deep intense type of massage that's her. She also did some range of motion with the limbs and stretching so it was a combination of that along with massage. She seemed to go quick over whole body and then would take her time and go back to the focus areas which was super relaxing and did a good job hitting those knots and kneading them out. My husband had Elvira and she sounded like the opposite of Danielle in terms of style - very slow paced and relaxing. He said she didn't hit any of his focus areas though that he filled out on the sheet. I told him it sounds like we should've switched masseuses haha. Tips are cash only preferably I believe.

I went in for lip filler with Dr. Nicole and it was a nightmare. I have pretty full lips so I just…read morewanted a little bit of hydration. I had went to a different practice three years prior (out of state) and received half a syringe of filler and left with minimal bruising and swelling. After Dr. Nicole filled my lips I left extremely bruised and swollen. The procedure felt very aggressive and rushed like many other appointments I have had with her. When going back in to the office to express my concern about the lumps, she explained to me that this is very rare and I could have an underlying autoimmune issue going on. After getting hundreds of dollars worth of blood work done to come back all within normal range I again went back in to dr. Nicole to have some of the lumps dissolved. During this appointment she asked her assistant to fill a syringe with hyaluronidase (a substance to dissolve filler) to which she luckily caught her assistant filling the syringe with Daxxify (tox). I can't imagine what would have happened if she didn't catch this mistake. She then explained to me she couldn't feel anymore lumps and to come back in a few weeks for a check. In the mean time I did a lot of research of some of the best injectors in the Charleston area (which I should have done a long time ago) and found an amazing injector. She did an ultrasound on my lips and found multiple lumps remaining and explained I may need to see a plastic surgeon to have them removed. I explained my concerns to Dr. Nicole and requested my money back for the lip filler in which she wanted me to come in. I refused because honestly I lost trust in her. Please do your research and don't go for the best deal when picking your injectors.
