The first gelato flavor that founder Angelo Brocato first produced & sold was Torroncino - a vanilla-based gelato with cinnamon & ground almonds. It's still served in their shop today. Locals love their handmade gelato, Italian ices, & desserts - as do I. My favs are the cannoli and signature Italian pastries. I'm also a big fan of the Spumoni, which is served in slices (as it should be). Sadly, Angelo Brocato III passed on July 22nd at the age of 85.
