Anna is very cool and we had a great conversation - Anna has the same last name as the owner of one my favorite Italian Restaurants in NYC What an awesome person to meet and Anna really knows the benefits of the Healthy Smoothies she prepares for you The store itself is immaculately clean and they have these top-notch blenders that look like something from the future .... I also met Anna's co-worker who was super-cool also and I wrote her name down, but ( like an idiot ) I left the paper in my rental car ‍. Anyhew - get in there for a smoothie - Say Hi to Anna and friend, You will LOVE IT ‼ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Just a personal preference of mine. I am not a chocolate person in my smoothies or granola bar. But I need to say this was pretty good. It did do some waking up as a result from the protein. I ordered the chia bowl with peanut butter, strawberries, bananas, kiwi, and granola. Fresh, flavorful, and one of those things that makes you feel like you're making good life choices. Then the supreme avocado toast... black pepper, garlic, pink salt, olive oil, tomato, cucumber, feta, lemon juice, pepper flakes. Listen. It was so good I ordered a second one. No shame, no hesitation. Just acceptance. Only note: it was a little warm inside, so the AC and I were not on the same page. But I powered through for the vibes and the food. Overall, such a cute spot. Healthy, fresh, and clearly made with care. I'll definitely be back... probably for two avocado toasts again! Secondly, the name. If I didn't know what it was already, I'd never know what TSPN was or meant. They are probably losing big money that drives right past them every single day, but no one knows what the heck the place is. There's no signage or writing in the windows, just blacked out tinted glass. An EXTREMELY uninviting looking place from the outside. It looks closed at all times. The inside is another disappointment. The staff has ranged from rude to "nice enough" the several times I've been here. Last Saturday me and 3 others walked out because we sat and waited for at least 10 minutes without ever being greeted or spoken to. Flat out ignored. The lady was just playing on her phone talking to another customer, so we left. Another guy who works there always comes off as annoyed when people come in. He made us feel like we interrupted the movie he was watching on his computer last time we had him serve us. As for the shakes themselves, they are pretty decent. I've always loved Roxanne at Shake by the Lake which is the only reason I knew of this place to begin with. This place is just closer to my home. I can't say the place looks very clean either. Also, the whole purpose of these places is to sell herbalife supplements, not just shakes. Not once since I've been in this place has a single employee told me about, or tried to get me to buy anything other than my shake. It's pretty sad because this place has a great location and a lot of potential....but they lack the passion of what they're doing/selling and proper management and staff. Honestly I don't know how they keep the lights on. Just very disappointing. I think I'll go to All About Health for my shakes from now on.
