I have been going to this Planet Beauty for the past 2-3 years. I love the sales and variety of products. Today I went specifically for bumble bumble oil but unfortunately they were out but that didn't stop me for getting other great beauty products. When I went to the store, I noticed the shop was pretty busy but the sales associate named "Monique" was very friendly and personable with every customer. She made it a point to greet every customer and ask if they needed anything. She maintained a small conversation with each customer. The only reason I am writing this review, is to talk about my amazing experience here that Monica made possible. I have been here before and I always get great deals a great customer service. But today was different. Monica provided me with some of the most outstanding customer service I have ever received. I never asked any questions and she came up to me and explained all of the products I was looking at. She also made sure to let me know about all the sales they had. This place has a variety of different products to purchase from which is amazing but the two women working were so rude and snobby. They didn't bother to greet me when I walked in, they just gave me dirty looks. They saw me looking around kind of lost and didn't even offer to help me. I had to go to them all the way up to the register to ask them "can I please get some help" and the woman who helped me didn't even seem interested in helping me. I wish I would of got both their names but they weren't even wearing name tags. Its sad when you walk into a store filled with negative energy.
