Wautoma is growing to the east, developing along a rebuilt highway 21, with lots of new and relocated stores. Some of them are so new that they don't even show up on Yelp yet. This is a newer store and you have to be alert to find it. I spotted an old billboard for Ace as I was passing Silver Lake, and before I could look up the location on Yelp, I saw the big "Ace Hardware" sign and turned right on Century Drive, even though I didn't see the store until I was past the Culver's. (It's behind the Dairy Queen and across from the Shopko.) If you're on your way to Upnorth, and suddenly remember that you forgot to pack deck wash, a roller cover, duct tape, a spare boat key or you want to put a bird bath in front of the cottage, this is the place to stop!

How much better can you get. They were extremely professional and helpful through the whole process. Although you may find better pricing at a big box store the few dollars you save will not make up for the service you get from them! And they service all of the appliances they sell so no worries on having to find a service repair man if anything ever goes wrong.

Despite the relatively small (compared to big box stores) footprint, I have always found what I have needed here, whether it be stovepipe, coolers, shovels, fishing gear, etc. This place has a really good feel to it. Although there is no parking on Main Street (Highway 21), there is parking next to the building, as well as in a lot just to the east, across the street.

Very poor quality. I'm surprised you're still in business. Go some other place where they guarantee their plants are alive. They want your money ahead of time, but when they ship the trees out in the spring, they arrive dead and they will not return your phone calls when you try to get a hold of them. Save your money go some other place we can get at least one year guarantee.

I picked up my trees and they had them ready and loaded them into my van for me. When I went to plant them I found out I was short a few trees. I called them Monday and left a message and received a call back within a half hour. When I explained that I was short some trees they asked if I wanted to pick up my missing trees or should they ship them to me. I didn't want to make the drive again so they shipped the trees to me at their expense and they arrived in a couple of days. They not only sent me the trees I was missing but sent me extras trees to make up for their mistake. I couldn't have asked for better customer service they were pleasant helpful and quick to fix my problem and the trees were top notch. I will be ordering from them again.
