The face hole that your face sits in is very hard and my chin was red after ward. I asked for a deeper massage and did not receive that. So if you're interested in a very light massage then this might be the place for you. If you want a deep massage I do not recommend. As I was leaving I was asked to tip more And I reminded the lady at the desk that I already paid and walked out. I tipped 20 on a 70 massage. And the massage was not good in my opinion. Pros - They can take you right away They provide deep tissue and if this is what you're looking for, they do take out the knots. Staff are friendly. Masseuse was firm with her kneading and frequently asked if I was okay with the pressure. Cons - Pay before you get serviced. This is not an option. If your masseuse is also the receptionist, she has to stop to answer the door. You can hear the people coming in because they have to ring the bell for the staff to open the door and then you can hear their conversations. When you lay down, the towel is hard to manipulate to fully cover yourself when you lie down. It's not big enough!!! What happened to having a sheet?! My whole backside was fully exposed...thankfully I had a female therapist. Vibe was very hole in the wall and prices were surprisingly higher than I anticipated. Close to what I pay back home! Final decision- I'll give this place a 2.5 stars. I liked that she took out the knots but wasn't thrilled with the rest of the experience for the price point.

The head spa service was not relaxing at all the lady that did my service was very rough , it was my first time having this service done and it was awful. The 2 ladies in the room were talking to each other during the service and they were making so much noise with whatever items that were using on our heads that it was hard to relax. I also noticed that were using water from the bathroom sink, and bringing it back to our room. My daughter had a facial right after the head spa treatment and I saw the technician bringing in water from the bathroom sink, my daughter said she was wringing a towel from the bucket and putting it on her face. I waited in the lobby for my daughter to come out and saw a little girl sitting at the desk answering the phone. She was definitely under 14, she saw me come out and asked me "did you pay?" As if I was going to walk out without paying. There is a bit of a language barrier with the ladies so maybe that's why the kid was at the desk. When I was ready to pay, the lady said there would be a $3 charge to use my credit card for the facial, but then said I could just zelle her to avoid the charge, which I thought was odd. I would absolutely not go back to this establishment it appears they have good reviews for massage, but I would never get any other services here. I'm questioning whether they are licensed estheticians doing facials out of a bucket.

I couldn't have said 5 because I know I'm working at that time. I understand that they possibly misunderstood via phone. However when I went in they redeemed my Groupon sat me down in the massage chair, then when she went to check her appointment book she yelled at me and said my app was for 5. She yelled at me in front of other customers and made me get up. It was very rude and embarrassing. They gave me the attached hand written note, she says it says I can go back another day, but I don't read this language so I don't even know if that's accurate.

You are in a larger room with multiple stations. I always wear a pair of shorts and a tank top during the massage. It says foot massage but it is actually a full body massage. I did read a bad review about something getting stolen. I don't know how this could have even happened. They have you put your belongings on a table next to your station not in a separate room. That means someone opened my personal bag while I was receiving a service. The staff initially denied everything. We asked to see the security footage, which confirmed my hat was taken. Only after the police were called did they finally return it. What really worries me is that they instruct customers to place their personal belongings in an area that is a blind spot for the cameras. Your bag is not visible at all. This creates an unsafe environment where theft can happen with no accountability. The workers tried to gaslight me and tell me maybe I dropped my hat... I was disgusted and I will never return here again. This place should be shut down and put out of business! 0/10 I would not recommend coming here and if you do try to bring as little stuff in as possible because they are disgusting thieves and will lie straight to your face.
