Called and asked for an appointment Sunday morning! Thankfully they had some available! Our couples massage room was great, hooks for our clothes, I left my crossbody on a chair, and we put our slides under the tables. As a weightlifter my body is always aching. I could feel my masseuse really working the knots in my back and as much as it hurt, it felt so good after!! We both walked out of there relaxed and ready for bed (it was noon). Her manual skills are very good but unfriendly and had a bad bedside manners. She is getting upset every time I tightened up. She tapped my shoulder and feet so many times. Most of their masseuse are friendly BUT not ANNA. I reviewed them in google also but I didn't see that it was posted. I strongly recommend Mapi's Unique Massage. Mapi is a true professional with years of therapeutic…read moremassage knowledge and experience. She takes her profession and the well-being of her customers very seriously. Before my 1st appointment, nights were spent with leg and back pain; day's were filled with fatigue because I couldn't sleep; personal life and career both effected. I decided to try a massage therapist because the muscle relaxants or ultrasound I could expect from another doctor's visit had not worked. I went on Yelp and picked Mapi because she sounded sincere. I'm glad I did! During my 1st appointment, I explained and we talked but, most important to me, Mapi listened. After a few visits I was sleeping straight through the night. The stress of my work is also now under control as I see Mapi regularly. My thirty five year old career is still very stressful but I feel 10-years younger; all thanks to Mapi! The atmosphere at Mapi's Unique Massage is no-rush and laid back. Access and parking are very convenient. Pricing is more than fair because, to me, the cost to feel relaxed or to enjoy a full nights sleep or to have a full, productive, day at the office are all priceless. Mapi's Unique Massage is definitely 5-Star and I recommend seeing Mapi to anyone interested in the experience of a totally relaxing massage from a truly professional massage therapist.
