After she go back to her home in Texas about a week later, she was hospitalized with an infection from E. coli. At that point we had no idea where she was infected, and she recovered. About a year later we decided to sell the home and called the same agent who we had purchased the home with, David Muzio, during inspections we were told that the well had an issue. The agent pretended that it was not serious, and I had to twist his arm to find out more information. It wasn't a water pressure issue. After calling several well companies I found the company who they used to test the well. I was told the water was heavily contaminated with E. coli. and that this issue was very dangerous and hard or impossible to repair, I was shocked and angry because he did not tell me what was going on and I had to find out for myself. I told him that we need to stop the sale of the house till we can fix the issue. He refused to contact the buyers. I went into Coldwell Banker and had a meeting with the Brokers Manager, who told me that they had disclosed the problem, but the buyer still wanted to purchase the home. THIS WAS A LIE, and illegal, the manager also told me that If I contacted the buyer and attempted to stop the sale, Coldwell Banker would sue me. I call my friend Ron Rossi, who was an attorney and he advised me to get out of the deal and not sell the home until the issue was fixed, But later that day I got a call from Muzio who happily told me the water issue was fixed, and he just got the results from the lab...the E, Coli was gone. He said he thought that they must of mixed up the results the first time and he personally took a water sample form the house that they tested as perfect. THI WAS A LIE. We went ahead and sold the home. Six months later the family's child was seriously infected and hospitalized with E. coli. Testing of water was done at the school and at the home, where the tests revealed that the house water caused the infection. Research was done that uncovered that the home also failed water tests before we purchased it but suddenly a good water sample cleared the home, and we purchased it. We were sued and Coldwell Banker pointed the finger at us. claiming we were involved is some kind of cover up that they knew nothing about. It all ended up in arbitration, the judge was shocked. Coldwell Banker was fully blamed as they should have been, we still had over 14K in attorney costs, that nobody paid us back for. This horrible Company made a profit off us by pulling the crap. I hate this people, you should too,

This is an excellent company to work with! They're very knowledgeable when it comes to handling…read moreproperty in a divorce. Actually, I would recommend them for any unusual or unique mortgage situation. My team included Kevin, Bill and Danielle. They were all very personable, knowledgeable and empathetic. They sold my loan to a good company, too. With my previous loan, Quicken transferred it to their other company, Rocket Mortgage, who then sold it to Sun Trust, which was right in the middle of a merger, changing over to Truist. The transfer to Sun Trust didn't go smoothly, nor did the transition from Sun Trust to Truist. This all happened in a few months, and it was miserable, frustrating and confusing. So I learned for the first time how much a lender matters, and I'm grateful for Iron Point selling my loan to a good company and being away from the mess of the Truist merger. Regarding my need for a refinance - I'm going through a divorce right now. My mother, ex and I were each 1/3rd owners of the property, and Mom and I bought out my ex. He needed the money asap, so he could get established with his new life, and we were all in agreement to make this happen before we settled anything else in the divorce. Several mortgage companies refused to do business with us until we had a divorce decree in hand, rather than accept the Order & Stipulation Agreement that our attorneys worked up and that we all signed. Iron Point Mortgage was there to save the day! They understood this agreement would be filed with the court and signed off by a judge, so it was just as good as having a decree. They understand that divorces don't often follow the same path, and they are happy to review your unique situation (divorce related or not) and advise on what they can do to help. They are comfortable doing so because they are competent, experienced and know the laws of their industry. Therefore, they are able and willing to think outside of the box. Kevin also found a way to lower my closing costs by changing it from a traditional cash out refi to (I think it's called) a rate and term. I did plan to pull out cash to cover some of my divorce attorney's fees, but with the rate and term option, I couldn't take out a penny more than what I would be paying my ex. Therefore, Kevin explained my options and gave me the freedom to make the best decision for me. I chose the rate and term option and decided this, along with a debt consolidation loan at the end of my divorce would be the best option. That way, when the time comes to apply for a debt consolidation loan, I'll know how much I need to apply for. If I would've taken cash out of my mortgage, I would've had to estimate and risk taking out more or less than what was needed. My refi was settled at the beginning of March, and my divorce is estimated to be settled by the end of next month (May). With Iron Point Mortgage helping to get my ex paid out, they eased a lot of tension and stress for my mother, my ex and myself. I believe this has helped towards negotiating the rest of our assets and debts, so we can settle our divorce as peacefully and quickly as possible. I couldn't be happier with my experience! The next time I refi, sell or buy, Iron Point Mortgage will be my mortgage broker. They've earned my loyalty, and I share my positive experience every chance I get. I hope to send business their way as a thank you for helping me through a very difficult time.

I have bought and sold many homes over my lifetime, but I have never moved more than a half hour's drive from my current residence. This move is across the state, and I needed someone to essentially be me as well as my realtor because I couldn't be there every step of the way. Kendra was that person. She handled everything. She caught several issues during the inspections that I never would have noticed, addressed them and made sure they were corrected. She made sure that I knew when documents were in my in box so I didn't miss a single thing. If I texted her with a question, I got an immediate response.
