They tag teamed to push me to do this. Odd and strange and unacceptable. Also it was nearly impossible to get my earnest money back because this escrow agent was either incompetent and didn't know how to wire it back or was being passive aggressive on purpose not doing it. I had to complain to a supervisor at the office to get them to do it. Ridiculous

After she go back to her home in Texas about a week later, she was hospitalized with an infection from E. coli. At that point we had no idea where she was infected, and she recovered. About a year later we decided to sell the home and called the same agent who we had purchased the home with, David Muzio, during inspections we were told that the well had an issue. The agent pretended that it was not serious, and I had to twist his arm to find out more information. It wasn't a water pressure issue. After calling several well companies I found the company who they used to test the well. I was told the water was heavily contaminated with E. coli. and that this issue was very dangerous and hard or impossible to repair, I was shocked and angry because he did not tell me what was going on and I had to find out for myself. I told him that we need to stop the sale of the house till we can fix the issue. He refused to contact the buyers. I went into Coldwell Banker and had a meeting with the Brokers Manager, who told me that they had disclosed the problem, but the buyer still wanted to purchase the home. THIS WAS A LIE, and illegal, the manager also told me that If I contacted the buyer and attempted to stop the sale, Coldwell Banker would sue me. I call my friend Ron Rossi, who was an attorney and he advised me to get out of the deal and not sell the home until the issue was fixed, But later that day I got a call from Muzio who happily told me the water issue was fixed, and he just got the results from the lab...the E, Coli was gone. He said he thought that they must of mixed up the results the first time and he personally took a water sample form the house that they tested as perfect. THI WAS A LIE. We went ahead and sold the home. Six months later the family's child was seriously infected and hospitalized with E. coli. Testing of water was done at the school and at the home, where the tests revealed that the house water caused the infection. Research was done that uncovered that the home also failed water tests before we purchased it but suddenly a good water sample cleared the home, and we purchased it. We were sued and Coldwell Banker pointed the finger at us. claiming we were involved is some kind of cover up that they knew nothing about. It all ended up in arbitration, the judge was shocked. Coldwell Banker was fully blamed as they should have been, we still had over 14K in attorney costs, that nobody paid us back for. This horrible Company made a profit off us by pulling the crap. I hate this people, you should too,
