She came out to see the property at that time (which I didn't expect) and offered me advice which seemed well thought out and reasonable. This year I was ready to sell and I called Noel along with another agent to set up interviews. Noel came out to meet me first and I liked her so well that I cancelled the second interview and signed a contract that night. I had already done a lot of work to the house, but Noel offered suggestions to finish getting it ready for the market and helped find a couple of contractors that I still needed. She even helped me to stage the place using many of her own supplies on the evening before we had pictures taken. The result was that I had 5 offers on the first day that we accepted them. I accepted the best offer, established a second offer as a back-up contract, and then went right to work completing my move out of the house.
