Our only excuse is that until recently we have been preoccupied in selling our house in Southern California (the fact is that buying a house with Rich was a lot easier and faster that selling our house down south). Our experience with Rich was the best we have had in buying a house. We had been looking to relocate to the Gold Country area for over a year and engaged Rich for our search in the fall of 2016. Both my wife and I connected with Rich immediately - his easy-going personality was matched with a deep knowledge of the local area. He was very patient as we looked at properties - he understood that we weren't under any definite timeline and we had the luxury of waiting for the perfect property. The perfect property for us showed up online one morning and we immediately contacted Rich to arrange a showing, which he did the following morning.
