This was my first home buying experience and I felt incompetent with just about everything from money to all of the new lingo I had to learn, but Chris never made me feel dumb and took the time to fully help me understand the process so that I knew what I was doing I wasn't blindly making a huge decision. He was there for me when I had questions or needed reassurance night or day. It's essential to feel like you have a team of people who have your back and really want what's best for you, especially when going through a process like this and that is what Chris Hagerman provided for me. I could cry with gratitude. In a market where I felt so discouraged at times (offering 60k over asking and getting outbid by a different type of loan or all cash offers), Chris was able to remain competitive and clever in the offers we placed. Ultimately, he was able to get me into my dream home in a beautiful neighborhood for $23,000 under asking! I've been living here for two months now and my gratitude for all he has done for me just continues to grow. I'm still in awe of this beautiful home and all of the hard work he put in to getting me here. My heart is so full. Thank you thank you a thousand times thank you!

Really horrible experience, Fred miller was my agent he works for arrow Reality, April 9, 2019 I…read moresigned a cancellation contract electronically which fred Miller never went over and read to me, when canceling my home I asked Fred Miller do I owe anything he told me don't worry about it, two years eight mouths later I get a call from Fred Miller which start off friendly until I told him I'm not selling my house and why would you be contacting me almost three years later, Fred trying to pressure me to sell my house, he then got aggressive arguing with me very rudely, says pay me for my marketing, I then reminded him about the conversation we had on April 9, 2019 when Mr Miller Stated verbally don't worry about it, For two years eight months Fred did not communicate or even contact me calls, letters, emails, about my home until August 2021, he's trying to take me too small claims court he's trying to get the full Commission amount from me,the house has been off the market for almost three years. It's disgusting and creepy feeling Fred has behaviors that consist of a pathological narcissist, I would use caution using Fred as a real estate agent he's very unprofessional, rude, aggressive and unfair with the way he does business. On October 4, 2021 I called the managing broker Hayden Butterfield to inform him that one of his employees filed a small claims and about the harassing phone calls Fred Miller made to me on July 29, 2021, when speaking to Mr butterflied about the situation he had little to say or was not even surprised that his employees actions against me he told me he'll speak to Fred Miller. Mr. Butterfield never called me back to tell me about if he I spoke to Mr. Miller about the situation. October 28, 2021 I go to court Fred Miller is representing the company. Fred Miller told the judge that Mr. Butterfield was the one that told him to put the lawsuit against me, so Mr. Butterfield lied to me on the phone about the whole situation, he told me he didn't know anything about this, Mr Butterfield lies to his clients he is very unethical and is a pathological narcissist, on October 28, 2021 The judge reviews the case and dismisses the case due to expired contract. I want to warn others about this company they put hidden claws in their contract which is unethical ridiculous, tasteless, they come back at you years later and bully you with harassing phone calls and use a expire contract as a crutch, it's really disgusting and creepy feeling to have this happened, they also charge more commission than the common real estate Company. I would do research when looking for a real estate company to sell your home. From personal experience dealing with them I would not hire this company to sell your house.

A…read moreweek or so after the court filing was made, we received a targeted advertisement from Ms. Walker promoting her services. Basically "so sorry for your loss...do you want to hire me to sell your inherited property?" So, as best I can tell, this individual combs the public probate filings so she can send mailers to recently bereaved families. Possibly the tackiest method of advertising I've ever seen. Why not just show up at the funeral and hand out business cards? Ms. Walker, if you read this review, rather than defend yourself I truly hope you give this practice some thought and consider that some methods of gaining clients should be off limits.

This is not a hateful review. I just want to honestly express my experience of working with Sherri…read more I know she will be commenting after seeing my review and trying to make her look better with some lies (as I've seen her doing before) but I chose to write this review anyways to raise a red flag for future people - so they don't need to go through the same problems. I wished I had more time to do my research before hiring her. She seems to be a nice person but just not a good Realtor. When we met her, we basically had 3 days to find a property. She showed us a handful of properties between Auburn, Nevada City and finally found us a place in Placerville. I think this part was pretty easy and she did a good job. The process of buying a house is one of the most stressful (and expensive) situations a person can get in. Now you add to this fact: the buyers are living 3k miles away plus they never purchased a house in CA before plus they are going into cancer treatment... We do understand that this process can go in "some" unexpected directions - as we did purchase 3 houses and sold 1 in another state before within a 7 years period. Sherri seemed to be a nice person and she really promised a lot, using beautiful words: loyalty, experience, attention... and we believed her :-( The reason most people hire Realtors is because those professionals are supposed to "walk the buyers" through the entire process with knowledge, respect, professionalism and caring - I don't think she did that. She doesn't have enough experience and none of the descriptions above - which we found out later. We almost lost our property a few times because of that. At some point during the process (that took about a month) she gave up on us. She was never very attentive or savvy but a few weeks into the process she became a ghost. Based on her feedback, she said this happened because I told her that we had a "business relationship" and she got "hurt" by that. Well, I had to say that because she takes things way to personally (and not in a good way). I can prove everything I'm saying here. Because of Sherri's lack of professionalism, buying this property was the worst real estate experience I have had.

During the tour, she explained the pros and cons of each house, and even provided additional insight as someone with experience in flipping houses. Within a month we closed on our home, and Tami was the first person to meet us at the house, ready to take pictures of this milestone in our lives.
