I came here the other day for my family member needed some stuff faxed off, and I came in there. It was a little busy, but the line went pretty fast so to fax one page is four dollars in for each additional page was a dollar each so it cost about six dollars, which isn't too bad. I thought it would be a little bit cheaper. That's what I thought at least but it's not the owner that owns. This location is very friendly. All of his staff is super friendly, very helpful and will help you if you can't find your Amazon label. They will tell you how to go step-by-step. They even do notary there. This location is conveniently located right next to the Safeway grocery store. They are open every day I believe the hours on the weekend are different hours and what they normally have my family and I like coming here to send off packages to family are go to for all of our shipping needs fax needs, etc.. You could even have your label email to them and when you come in, they will have it printed out for you and cut it out and tape it on your package and send it on its way. This is definitely very convenient. I like the fact that they have this available to all customers. If you have not tried the UPS store in Lincoln I would highly suggest coming in taking a look, they are awesome everybody there super friendly very helpful. I've always left this establishment with a good experience. Great customer service great establishment. I highly recommend the UPS store in Lincoln. Great establishment great experience. When I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming -- cluttered, disorganized, and unprofessional -- but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. After saying hello out laid, there was a man sitting in the back who didn't acknowledge me at all, and a woman behind the counter who was not friendly with zero acknowledgment as well. When I asked for help choosing the right box size, she just pointed to a shelf behind me instead of assisting me -- unlike other postal service locations I've used where staff actually help find the proper box. As I looked through the boxes, none of them were the right size. They were all too big and she knew it. Then the man in the back told me to use a box he had -- which turned out to be a used box with used padding, already labeled and opened from a previous shipment. I figured they were offering it as a free courtesy, which would've been great! However, when I got my receipt, I saw they charged me $6 for a used box and used packing materials -- bringing my total to $26 for what should've been a simple $20 shipment. Charging customers for reused materials is completely unacceptable. Let me say that again just in case it was missed. I got charged for used packaging. Between the disorganized setup, poor customer service, and questionable business practices, I won't be returning. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you want professional service and transparency.

When I questioned why that was necessary just to mail a letter, I was told they needed to add me into their system to "make things easier next time." Another employee chimed in and said this was "standard." I made it clear that I did not want my personal information stored in their system just to send a piece of mail. The entire interaction felt unnecessary and intrusive, so I trusted my gut and left. I then went to the local USPS office up the street, mailed the same letter without having to hand over my driver's license or personal data, and it cost significantly less. Based on my experience, I would avoid this location unless absolutely necessary.

As someone who represents the face of the store, her behavior is consistently rude and unwelcoming. She often comes across as having a power trip and is snappy with customers, creating an uncomfortable environment. It's baffling to me how someone who appears to dislike interacting with people so much is in a customer-facing role. I genuinely don't understand how she is still employed here, given the consistently negative experience she provides. Today I stopped by again because the other UPS Store's Notary person is off so I decided to give them another try since I called them. Honestly I don't know why they're so lazy there. It's obvious that I bring my little English speaker elderly parent to update her pension benefits update which requires Notary. The chubby tall man was doing nothing and when told we need Notary the younger man have to help him get the Notary booklet. While he was walking over he asked for the Title of the Form, we gave it to him. He insisted my mom that speak little English need to know the title. He did not accept it while she was explaining it to her it's update pension benefits after his death. It's pretty much the same title, while he insisted it's the law and turn us away. It's probably because I started asking them if it's $15 per person. They are pretty much thieves there. Someone needs to investigate them and get them arrested if possible. I know I'm ranting but it's just this isolared UPS Store because I'm still using other UPS store, just to be fair.
