I judge Mexican places on their salsa, and Mis Amigos sailed through with a beautiful specimen - just the right amounts of heat and acidity. There were no vegan options that spoke to me, so I ordered a custom vegan quesadilla with beans rather than cheese, filled with grilled veggies, and topped with guacamole instead of sour cream.
