After gathering up a few things she departed and then made mention of the fact that I was standing there to staff that wasn't visible. I stood there a good 3 more minutes before anyone came to take my order, making it nearly 5 minutes from the time I reached the counter with no one else in front of me. After placing my order (I felt like an intrusion) I got my drink and sat while my Albuquerque Turkey was being made. I was the only customer in the restaurant. My sandwich came out in less than 10 minutes, which makes sense since I was the only person there. I saw a staff member exactly once more after I got my food, and that was to give someone a Cinnabon. I must have sat at the table for 15 to 20 minutes and at no time did anyone come out to clean up the several dirty tables or to address the nearly full trash. This wasn't, by any means, the best visit to a Schlotzsky's I've ever had and the service was lacking, but it was a quick stop on my way to somewhere else.

While dining, someone came in for pickup and they had obviously been there before and I heard them say they love the burgers. My friend's club had a thick cut of ham and he said he enjoyed the sandwich. Great service. The server was on top of the drinks and was friendly. One thing of note is they do pass the credit card fees to the customer. But, they let you know before you pay (instead of just adding it to the bill).
