All I would critique is wishing the burrata came with another piece of bread and that the pasta did as well; there was sauce left on the plate that deserved to be soaked up. The Faroe Island Salmon, ordered medium rare was overcooked - just shy of cremated. I have never seen salmon so overcooked that it was white. Not a spec of pink anywhere. It was served on a bed of broccolini that was equally overcooked. My Chicken Milanese was so overcooked that it looked black. I sent it back and the replacement was edible, but still overcooked. Nick and management took care of the problems and adjusted the bill, but the kitchen should have been ashamed to send dishes out that were so overcooked. Adam was our server and was very attentive and fun! We came right around 8:00pm and waited about 15 minutes to sit, not too long! We absolutely loved our dinner. It was perfectly cooked, the home made sauces complemented beautifully with the right balance of savory, and the buttermilk mash tingled the tong. My favorite part was absolutely the Mac and cheese with a bit of the steak to make that perfect bite. That caramelized cheese crust was perfect, crumbly and savory from the truffle. My god, don't even get me started about the desserts. Now, the chocolate moose, good. Not exceptional but good. The PEANUT BUTTER PIE?! That needs to win an award! I'd come back just for that! You NEED to try it. The thing I loved too is none of the desserts had very much sugar despite their looks, just the perfect level of sweetness to complement and not overwhelm.
