I spent a few months of Wednesdays looking for the best pizza in Baltimore County. Pizza 081 is it. Best crust, best cheese, and best sauce.

Think we found our new favorite pizza spot. A true gem in what feels like the middle of nowhere, this pizzeria tucked off in Perry Hall has got to be one of the best in the area. The staff here were very inviting and had a great attitude. Love to see people enjoying what they do. Gotta try the basics; if we mess up pepperoni and cheese, why bother with the rest of the menu -- Pizzeria 081, though, has it pat down. They offer a variety of gourmet pizza options we may have to try next time. For the moment, pizza and fries here does very well on its own. We'll see you guys next time. read more

We got a pie probably 2 months ago. Sat there and ate and just was gobsmacked by the fresh and wonderful authentic pizza flavor... a small town feel with a heart as big as Italy itself, these pizzas are full of flavor and so good.... My family and friends LOVE this place. Having been here multiple times, I can say that their pizzas are softer and saltier than the average. My dad ordered a half marg pizza and a half pepperoni pizza. They gave us a margarita pizza with pepperonis on it... They admitted their mistake and gave us a couple slices of cheese pizza for free. Super apologetic. Mistakes happen. The inside is small. I suggest just ordering the pizza and taking it elsewhere ! read more

The food was amazing and nice and hot. They have many exciting selections and toppings. The choice of items was not easy and they all looked good. I did not have to customize anything- which is unusual for me. Bread was great, sauce was delicious and it comes together perfectly. I ordered a small Barbeque chicken pizza for pickup via toast (link from their website). The pizza was ready even faster than quoted (about 10 minutes). So, great service! The gentleman was very kind upon pickup. It seems like a great place to enjoy a quick eat in or take out experience. The crust is great and chicken was tasty. Not dry- nice pulled chicken. Great delivery experience at Pizzeria 081. Can't speak on the location, but delivery on their website uses DoorDash, and arrived 15 more before the stated time. It only took a 40 mins from the time of order. Pizza was solid - delicious crust - and prepared exactly as ordered. Garlic parm wings were tasty, could've used a little more seasoning/sauce, but good. And the fries were probably really good fresh, and still not bad after 40 mins! That's saying something. Worth exiting I-95 for excellent sandwiches and pizza. Pizza crust was delicious and sub bun tasted fresh baked with a nice crust. Steak and cheese was amazing with perfectly melted provolone and meat loaded on top of lettuce and tomato creating a juicy combination. Finally decided to give this place a shot, expanding my "go to" pizza places. I ordered one large cheese pizza for carry out. When I walked in the girls behind the counter were friendly, and the establishment looked clean. When I left I was thanked by two employees, assuming cooks/chefs, for coming to their location. The pizza itself was great overall, but depending on what you like there could be improvements. Personally I am a crust snob, and that's the biggest factor of the three (cheese and sauce). The crust was excellent. Cooked well, crunch, ends were soft, and was sturdy. Some of the best crust I've eaten in the Baltimore area. The other two factors my wife and I disagreed on. Personally I felt the cheese could have a flavor improvement, and my wife thought the sauce could see a flavor improvement. Both were above average and good. Overall, solid pizza and would definitely order one from this establishment again. I originally was going to give 4 stars, but elected to give 5 because in reality it was a solid pizza. When we order other stuff from this location I'll update the review. If you like pizza, give this place a try. Worth the price in comparison to the other local pizzerias. Pizzeria 081 is so delicious! I've tried many of their specialty pizzas and they were all delicious and I loved the creative toppings. I got just a regular old pepperoni pizza tonight and it was so good! They use the smaller pepperoni cups that have so much flavor. Crust was delicious and perfectly soft/crispy. We are from Denver, and found this small pizzeria close to our hotel. This place is AMAZING! The staff is super friendly, the pricing is fantastic, and the pizza is authentic and out of this world good! The owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met, and he loves his restaurant! I just ordered and received a pizza from here. I'm very disappointed and would NOT recommend ordering for delivery from this establishment. The pizza crust was extremely soggy and had no crispness to it at all. If I felt like driving I would take it back and demand a refund!!! First let me say this the food here is Delicious! The Pizza I would put up against Squires and Vinny's any day of the week. Hands down they have a cheese steak that is second to none. It's a small store front pizzeria with a limited number os tables so either go before lunch or after lunch to make sure you get a table. The service is great it's either the owner his wife or I think his daughter that will take your order. And these are people who respect their customers and work hard at their business, you can tell by the quality of the food and how clean the store is and the main thing is how they treat you as a customer I feel like I stepped back 40 years or better when customer service ment something.
