My pedi was a bit disappointing, usually a basic pedi anywhere else you'll get like a lil 5 min rub each leg...which i was looking forward to given im pregnant and my legs and feet are swollen. The lady that did my pedi rushed me thru. she slapped the bottom of ONE foot 2x , then rubbed the scrub on my legs for like 30 seconds and that was my massage.... the same lady that did my pedi did my eyebrows. She DID NOT wash her hands after doing my pedi/ before touching my face nor did she wear gloves. Thats a big red flag and i didnt even process til i was walking. They were really nice tho. Seems like they just bout money vs making an experience for customers. I think ima stick to my usual place, i like my pedi's to be soothing.. and my techs to wash their hands

She barely rubbed my feet. My nails already look like I need to have them redone. They look like I've had the polish on over a wk and you can see a gap between polish and end of nail bed like my nails grew out. She barely cut my cuticles even though I told her multiple times to cut more. After she was done she left so I had to ask the owner to please cut my cuticles more. She did and told me yeah the other lady was tired. She's been there all day but of course they still charged me full price. This place is not very clean. It was dirty, messy and they don't use tub liners on pedicure tubs. There were stains on the carpet. I made an appt for 2 at 415. They finally got me started at 430 but the other person I took with me didn't get started until almost 5 so we couldn't talk much and then I had to wait 30 min for her to be done. Won't be going back. Upset I paid $80 for this now I need to pay more to get it redone.

Then a lady comes in as a WALK IN and asks for her eyebrows to be done she then stops doing the ladies nails to do this other ladies eyebrows. I did not leave the nail salon till 4:30. I spent 4 hours in a nail salon on my day off. My nails were $60 because i had gotten jewels on two fingers. Those jewels fell off the very next day along with a nail.
