It was baked well done & the Cherry Cola BBQ sauce had an intriguing sweet-sour flavour that worked well with the pineapple (which had a different type of sweet-sour flavour) but obliterated the taste of the sauce & basil; the cherry component could be a bit heavy (YMMV). The crust had a nice chewiness & crisp & the edges were slightly raised. The cheese was quite good & there was quite a lot of it. There was very little lechon (roast pork), it was not crispy at all (there was no skin), some pieces were a bit dry & the lechon flavour did not come out. Calamansi loaf was good: pretty moist with some crisp in the lightly frosted crust & a good calamansi flavour.

It is a great infusion of Filipino flavors. I am Filipino myself, and I loved it.
