Found out the hard way that this company, in flagrant breach of contract with Visa/MasterCard, charges an extra fee to anybody paying with a card, regardless of whether it's credit or debit. They have been reported to Visa/MasterCard. In other words, they are making you pay the fee that visa expect them to pay as a cost of doing business. Everybody does this now, and it's still just as wrong, but they don't advertise it at that price. When you show up and pay for your food, then you're hit with it. Mine was carry out. Pizza here is top notch. Cracker crust with many toppings. Not greasy, but full of flavor. I get the "Everything" pizza which never disappoints. The atmosphere is comfortable. I also get cheese bread as an appetizer. The pizza style is similar to Pizza Village. Pizzaville, IMO, is every bit as good. read more

This Place has horrible Management and rude Bartender's Audrey in particular! This regarding the Lafayette location. I went when the first opened. Big sign out front "BAR". I went in asked to sit at the bar. I was told the bar isn't built yet. I sat at a table and ordered a beer. "sorry sir we don't have that beer" ordered a different one. "sorry sir we don't have that either". They had seriously 3 beers. I left. So yesterday I decided to stop in at "The Cellar" which is the bar under the building and hidden from street view (was a cool place when it was previously owned). Gates open, doors open, no bartender and all of the chairs were stalked on the tables and the bar. So I go upstairs and ask what time the bar downstairs opens. The "manager" says 2pm. I said well its 4pm. "She says is the bartender not down there?". So I explain the afore mentioned current situation. Apparently the "manager" was too busy to do her managerial duties and make sure the owner's establishment was ready for business (happens when "the cat is away"). So I left. I went back about 6. One rude bartender, Audrey, served me 2 beers in-between her playing on her phone. A friend of mine showed up so I was chatting with him about the sad state of this establishment. Next thing I know rude, inattentive Audrey, hands me my bill! My friend and I were the only patrons there. We both left! I hear the food is okay though. LOL! read more

I work 2 jobs from Home; ordering out is almost a daily thing for me. My neighbor informed me about the Pizzaville in Carencro. Tried it and love the food. I began ordering frequently. 1st horrible experience, Placed my order, was attempting to go through the drive-thur on one occasion, it was blocked by a Business Truck (an air conditioning company); I patiently was waiting for the guy to move his truck so I could get by; instead he began cursing vulgarity (which he knew I could hear, because my window was down), he even called me the "n" word. This almost deterred me from returning. 2nd incident shortly thereafter, working both jobs, on lunch I placed an order for a small shrimp salad (NO OLIVES) a poboy, which was about 20 something dollars (tip 10.00); get home, the salad was soaked with olives and the shrimp was black. What it appeared to me as an old salad they were (or needed) to get rid of. Threw the salad away. When in today, explained to a young man and lady at the register of experience with the salad (no apology or anything, she just justified that the shrimp have seasoning), I stated, yes but "black"?; didn't phase her. Place order for a small pizza and again the shrimp salad (which is how a salad is suppose to look). Total bill 25.18 (tip 15.00). Went inside to pick up order and request a large drink; a cup that looks like a kid cup, I was charged 3.44. What's wrong with that picture??? The least they could have done was not charge me for that kiddie drink (considering I never brought that nasty salad that was sold to me and never eaten). Due to these experiences, I will not be returning. Is any business in a situation where they can afford to lose loyal customers? Evidently not!!!! read more
