Good food. Pushy owner and waiter. Only 2 of 4 of us were eating at 330pm as a snack. Just hungry after a long day of walking and shopping. They were annoyed we weren't eating here for dinner and said so. That we should eat here for dinner. It was very odd. It wasn't just. We weren't taking up seats. So I just wouldn't revisit personally.

Came here with one other person for lunch around 1:30. We were seated quickly and it took a while before our server arrived to take our order. The roasted cauliflower was delicious, and could have used some more cheese. The pizzas were delicious! The pepperoni was solid and the butternut squash was good too, though I feel it was missing something to give it an extra oomph to take it from good to amazing. Overall, a quality spot for pizza.

Service was amazing, and pizza is better than any place I've had in NYC. Highly recommend the truffle mushroom speck pizza.

Excellent from start to finish. pizzARTe absolutely delivered outstanding food and service that was second to none. Every dish was well-executed, fresh, and clearly made with care. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell this place is well-managed and takes pride in what they do.

Visiting from California, holy moly the pizza was amazing (had the Verace ) and a chefs special hand made pasta (Spaghetti alla Nerano). The chef/owner is from Italy for extra authenticity!

Excellent thin crust pizza. The tomato sauce and crust balance was perfect. It was very light but satisfying every bite. Very traditional vibes and kind staff. Thw calamari is highly recommended. Thin batter, ultra light and crispy!

Came by here for dinner on a sunday night. It's centrally located between times square and central park. We sat downstairs which had a few tables and the bar area, I believe there is more seating upstairs. We had the Burrata, chef recommended insalate and the braciola pizza. The salads were fresh. The pizza had a nice thin crispy crust and probably enough for 2 to share. Staff were nice and friendly.

We don't go to New York City often, but when we do we eat! Tonight's dinner adventure (thanks to Yelp!) took us to PizzArte for some pretty great European style pizza. They do have other Italian dishes, but we had already pre-decided we were having pizza. One of the reasons we landed on this place over others is that they offer a gluten free crust. GF pizza is always a risk, but PizzArte did not disappoint! Even though we didn't have a reservation, they were able to seat us right away at a window alcove just inside the door adjacent to the bar. We couldn't see it, but they had more seating available in other areas. Service was friendly and impeccable. We began with the cavolfiori. Oh...my....gosh! I NEED to learn how to make this! It wasn't gluten free but everyone else ate it and loved it! I love cauliflower but no one else in my family usually wants to eat it and they gobbled this up! We chose the Bosciola, pulsinella and burrata pizzas. Could not have chosen better! We ate every morsel! And I was also reminded that I need to cook with burrata more as well! In addition to the creative topping combinations, the GF crust was possibly the best we've ever had.

I cannot recommend PizzArte enough! This place blew me away. We ordered the burrata, meatballs, a classic margherita pizza, and the gnocchi with tomato sauce -- and every single dish was incredible. The burrata was unbelievably creamy, the meatballs were tender and flavorful, and the margherita pizza was perfectly chewy with that amazing wood-fired taste. The gnocchi was soft and pillowy, covered in the most delicious, fresh tomato sauce. On top of the amazing food, the service was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience feel special. It's rare to find a spot where every dish hits and the staff is this good. If you're anywhere near the area, go to PizzArte. You won't regret it!

    12" Boscaiola Pizza

My wife and I went here for lunch and split a 12'' Boscaiola Pizza. The ingredients seemed very fresh and the pizza was not heavy at all. We did wish it had a bit more flavor, but maybe we would get that with ordering another pizza. The atmosphere was nice, service was quick.

PizzArte really impressed me. It is busy, with bar seating on the first floor, and table seating on the second. It is well lit, constantly plays relaxing music, and has exemplary service...from start to finish. For the first time, I ordered a Raspberry Margarita (Tequila, Lemon Juice, Agave, Raspberry puree) and it is was VERY GOOD. The drink was strong and well presented. Our appetizers were: Foccacia Bread and the Cavolfiore. The bread was crunchy and after drizzling each piece with olive oil....oh, boy. The Cavolfiore (Roasted cauliflower, spicy 'Nduja sausage, Pecorino Romano, Garlic Breadcrumbs). This was the best cauliflower appetizer I've ever had. The way the sausage infused throughout the dish made this a memorable choice and is highly recommended. We shared our entree, 12" Margherita Pizza, and it was exquisite. They brought the spicy olive oil, which when drizzled on every slice, just added to the enjoyment. For dessert, I had the "Special Dessert." It was a ricotta cheese filled pastry, adorned with strawberries, with dabs of strawberry and vanilla throughout the plate. I cannot fully explain how good this dessert was, but it's appropriately titled, heavenly good......and recommended. PizzaArte will definitely be a return location and I hope everyone experiences this grand eatery.

I always struggle to find places to eat in this area. Its not that there arent many restaurants, i just feel that most are high end franchises or steakhouses (ocean prime, etc) or fast casual lunch spots (naya, chopt, etc). Nonetheless, ended up coming here early on a Thursday evening for a dinner with colleagues and it ended up being very good! When you walk in there is bar seating/full bar, and upstairs is the full dining room. Had an aperol spritz and the ragu pizza. I thought it was solid for the area. Pizza was thin crust, had a nice char, and dough was nice and chewy! Think the pizzas go for $20 a pop. Size is personal so good for one person. I wasnt too hungry so had a bit leftover but on a normal day think I could have finished the whole thing. We didnt have a res and there was no wait around 6/6:30 but it filled up very quickly.

    Delicious!!!!

Delicious!!!! Service was great. Also, great for my sister's celiac. FANTASTIC gluten free focaccia.
