Great pizza!! Friendly Wait staff and pizza makers! When you enter the restaurant take-out area you are always greeted and treated well. I've not tried their other dishes (yet) and have only done takeout, but Pizzaboyz's cheese pizza is very good. And their Godfather Pizza is the bomb! After not having pizza for four months and taking a cheat day, I have to say this is the best cheat day you can have. One of our favorite pizza places is Pizzaboyz! How I love saying the name lol. The pizzas always come out hot and fresh with the right amount of toppings, cheese and sauce. It's like getting all extra toppings without the extra fees. All the food here that we have eaten has been amazing. The service the casual dining experience has all been great. This is a great small local pizza plus place that you should def check out. The staff and cooks always do a great job as the pizza is very good and having slices "ready to go" is a really big plus if you have limited time. Lasagna was great as well as Chx Parma!! Try em. Inside is divided for a to go side and a sit down, with a bar for beer as well as limited cocktails. Always a great experience and happy to support a local shop rather than a chain. Abundantly friendly staff, dark ambiance but cozy, the pizza was crust was tasty but not crispy, the bottom was flaccid, the sauce was bland it was a little sweet but I tasted no garlic or basil or onion flavor in the pizza sauce. The cheese was perfect. I asked for mushrooms which added flavor but the mushrooms were from a can or they were frozen. The Pizzaboyz is worth a try!! Flood their doors and give them your business!! I'm a bit of a pizza fanatic, so when I heard this place is the best in town, I had to give it a go! The place has a lot of character and a nice outside seating area in the back. The smell of what could be amazing pizza punches you right in the face as soon as you enter! Here's hoping! I won the lottery as I was lucky enough to score Ginger as my waitress. She was one of the best waitresses I've had in a while. Super sweet, knows the menu inside and out, and is living proof that great service enhances the dining experience! She went above and beyond making me feel welcome and was one of those waitresses who brought you everything before you could even ask for it! Now, for the food. The best way to judge a pizza place, is to grab a slice of cheese. Luckily, they sell slices, so I went with a cheese slice and their bacon cheddar fries. Good was super fresh and delicious. If you're not a big fan of oregano, may want to mention that before you order because both the cheese slice and fries had oregano on them. Not enough to ruin it by any means, but enough to taste, for sure. All their bread is made in-house daily and you can tell. Crust was ! The sauce was a little too robust for my taste, but delicious nonetheless. Aside from the oregano, the fries were perfect! My husband and I ended up staying at Rodman Campground in the Ocala National Forest and Palatka is the closest town. So, of course, we had to see what Palatka has to offer! Featured on Palatka's website and popping up as a great eat on Yelp, we chose to dine at PizzaBoyz after setting up camp. Due to COVID, we also only wanted to visit places that were following CDC recommendations and offering outdoor seating. PizzaBoyz has a great big patio with tables spaced far apart and a playground for the kids. All of the staff was wearing masks as well. Our server, Erin, was great - incredibly attentive and gave us great recommendations on the menu and for things to do around town. We got a couple draft beers of a red ale they had on tap. Very reasonably priced! We split the Alfredo calzone "half size" (Chicken, Bacon, Mushrooms, Tomato, Spinach, Garlic & Alfredo Sauce). The dough wasn't as crisp and full as on a traditional calzone, and I'm not a huge Alfredo lover, but is was delicious. The smaller size was big enough to fill two plates. We then got the DaVinci hot sub (Salami, Ham, Banana Peppers, Lettuce, Tomato & Provolone Cheese) which Erin noticed had been baked without the banana peppers and had another made fresh for us. Let me tell you, PizzaBoyz knows how to do subs! The sandwich was open flat grilled making for sizzling fillings and a crisp crust to the roll. The cold ingredients were laid atop right before bringing it out giving a nice balance between the crisp cool lettuce and melting cheese. We left stuffed and all for under $30, including tip. This is definitely a place to visit if you ever happen to head through Palatka (which you totally should to see Ravine Gardens State Park!). read more

Has a park but you can't close it off if your special needs children are prone to elopement. Wouldn't allow the outside food that was brought for our special needs children who eat a very specific list of items. In short, they wouldn't cater to our special needs children. We have seen the reviews and decided to check it out. The food was amazing. We ordered the garlic bread, which they make all their bread and dough in house, we also got fried mushrooms, which were fried in a tempura batter. Then we got the chicken Alfredo special, which was rich creamy and delicious. And I got the meat calzone, coupe things, they put the red sauce in the calzone and there is no ricotta in their calzones, with that being said the calzone was delicious, crispy and gooey with the cheese. All in all I say come hungry as their portions are a good size and you will probably still have leftovers :) read more

We are out of towners and this place was recommended by the locals at the hotel and antique mall. I went in earlier in the day to inquire and the staff were wonderfully friendly. We were there with friends, who were attending a "cruise-in." We ate on the patio, where there was lots of space to "social distance." While the food was good, the service was not. The server kept complaining that "it's crazy inside," but when we went in to use the restroom, it was almost empty.
