Ive been here several times, and have been disappointed every time. The service is consistently terrible, and I sit at the bar, but the bartender has to be flagged down and yelled at to get any kind of service. If you don't flag them you will not get waited on. I am extremely patient but sitting for over an hour with an empty glass in front of me is ridiculous. Food takes 30-45 minutes to appear from time of order, and if you get something fried expect it be cold and overcooked. Ok so when there are this many 1 star reviews that's a pattern but against my better judgement we came here, this was my experience tonight from start to finish: 5:45pm arrive at the restaurant with my 7 year old son, the bartender told us to sit anywhere and gave us menus/silverware 6:00pm finally approached by server #1 asking if we want anything to drink, after giving drink order she leaves and then 5-10 minutes later server #2 comes to the table and asks if we would like anything to drink to which I said I already put my drink order with another person she said she needed to write it down anyways so I repeated my drink order and she comes back with drinks a couple minutes later 6:15pm this is the time we put in our order for food, mind you the restaurant is pretty much dead there is maybe 3-4 tables with people and a few people at the bar 6:30pm food still hasn't come server #2 approaches and asked if I wanted a refill to which I said yes because it's been a while and we still haven't got our food 7:00pm server #2 comes to another table adjacent to ours and takes someone's order after I let them finish I was beginning to ask server about our food, before I could even say a word she asked if I wanted the check, let me tell you if looks could kill I would be in prison but I just said we never received our food she just said oh and left to serve other tables with no urgency at all 7:15pm at this point I'm livid, server #1 comes to take an order from another table behind ours, so I let them order because I'm not rude, as soon as she's done I said excuse me sorry before you leave, she then cuts me off and asked if I wanted my check, I replied with well I would if I already consumed my food which I haven't it has been over 45 minutes she got wide eyed and left to go to the kitchen to investigate even coming out a few minutes later with almost all the staff at the same time looking at our table and then going into the kitchen 7:20pm I'm heading out the door, I told server #1 we're leaving, this is ridiculous the amount of people came and went greeted served got the check and are leaving all the meanwhile nothing at our table I have not felt this invisible my entire life, it's like the freaking twilight zone or something After leaving we always wanted to try Angels Diner across the street, we live out of town, went in there service was great food was great in and out in 45 minutes and that's only because they had an insane amount of to go orders to do before we got there, just go there because this place sucks read more

The waitresses are very respectful. The place look clean with no issue with the floors or surrounding area. I was surprised by the lack of Hostess since the booth is placed OUTSIDE the actual restaurant and there was no one there to seat you. We waited and it took about 15 mins. Sad that no one was watching the front...however, what do you expect from "out-of-school for the summer" teenagers? Lol) My steak tacos were dynamite...the lack of tomatoes in the tacos was noticeable. Also, when I make buffalo chicken sandwiches at home, I always put melted cheddar on top and at least a thin slice of tomato on them...it not only makes it taste perfect, but helps control the heat. I would suggest that they add this to both. We also tried the "funnel sticks". Myself? I think if they were offered with a scoop of vanilla ice cream with the sticks around the outside of the scoop...and sprinkled with CINNAMON and powdered sugar! How can someone leave off the cinnamon? Even elephant ears at the fair are sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon! No chocolate or Caramel dip. There was nothing on the table, no salt pepper ketchup etc when they brought our salad they did not bring silverware. When they did bring silverware they brought plastic and said that all of their silver was being washed at the time. Our order took so long to come out we were afraid that they had forgotten about us. We got fish and fries. Asked for steak fries and got skinny ones. Ask to please have ketchup salt pepper etc and they never brought it. Ask for to-go boxes that never came and had request them again when they brought our check. This restaurant is part of a local motel, which usually chases me away. I am extremely leery of hotel dining rooms, except for breakfast. However, this is not a hotel dinning room, but a restaurant attached to a hotel. In this case it makes a difference, and we were referred by others. They have several specialty burgers in addition to the usual burger fare. But even the simple burgers are worth going for. I don't remember the name of the burger I had, but it was so tall, I had to eat it with a knife and fork. It had a big, thick burger cooked to order, strips of bacon, provolone cheese, and I forget what else. I don't know who could have gotten their mouth around that thing. It was delicious! My wife had the 5-cheese burger. It had American, provolone, cheddar, mozzarella, and another cheese. She could only eat 1/2 of it, so we took it home and I ate the next day. It was as good as the one I had, even having been in the fridge all night and warmed up in the microwave. We were staying at the Quality inn and within this was the Beef o Brady's. Our Late night Drinks and pub chips were perfectly appropriate for the caliber of the establishment. The waitress Grace was fine (although the shift manager/manager delivered the food) but that was a plus because it was hot and very tasty. The chips had plenty of cheese and bacon and came with sour cream and ranch. The drinks (one pina colada and one top shelf Long Island iced tea) were less stiff than desired but probably were perfectly measured and the price was right at $5 and $9. If you're staying at the Quality inn, this place may seem like the most obvious and simple choice to go eat after unloading in the hotel room. But then you remember it's a Beef o Brady's and really has Beef o Brady's ever been anyone's favorite restaurant? I never heard anyone say that but it's ok because all the servers and staff here are super nice. They get your orders in quick and hey they might forget your chocolate molten cake but they'll still get it out to you and for free with no hesitation. The food really is average but if you're hungry then you're grateful. They also have some vegetarian friendly options such as a veg bowl, fried buffalo cauliflower, and cheesy mozzarella sticks that are the best option. read more

Came here with friends Super Bowl Sunday while the the Bassmaster tournament was here in Palatka. Had lunch and it was the worst!! They were out of bottled beer except for Bud and Michelob. Order Shocktop draft, was watered down. Ordered apps...spinach dip extremely bland, chips so greasy they dripped oil. Wings were cold and sauce was runny and bland. Mozzarella sticks tasted old. Service was fine but they were overworked. Management needs to do better with their food, staffing and especially stocking beer supply! How do you have no beer in stock on Super Bowl Sunday??!!
