I'd give zero stars if possible. Not worth the attitude. Delivered inedible pizza with toppings that had completely slid off! Stated it wasn't their problem, hung up on me twice and stated they "don't cook the pizza upside down, do they?" With massive attitude as their customer service response! Refused to put me through to the manager. Absolute worst business in Bristol! Don't waste your money!!! Trying to post pics so no one else ever makes the mistake of ordering from here again.
Here is the owner's reply. Order at your own risk as they do not provide customer service.

Thank you for your email. I am the owner of Pizza Workshop. I received a call earlier this evening from one of my staff who was upset after the calls that she and the Manager had received from you and your husband following your pizza delivery. They were absolutely correct in telling you that you needed to deal directly with Deliveroo because this is the process that we have to follow (as stipulated by Deliveroo in these circumstances). Your contract and order was placed with Deliveroo and not with Pizza Workshop and you made your payment to Deliveroo (and therefore they are the company who can refund you). I am sorry to say that this is a frequent problem with Deliveroo riders who do not always take care to ensure that the pizzas are kept upright when transporting them. They leave our restaurant in perfect condition and we are not able to control what happens to them from that point onwards. My staff made several attempts to explain this to you and your husband but you were unable to understand and accept this.
My staff disconnected calls to you/your husband this evening because you were rude, abusive and threatening. Obviously you feel that this is an appropriate way to behave but I fully support my staff in putting down the phone to people who speak to them in this way.
I understand that you received your refund from Deliveroo which was entirely appropriate given that they failed to deliver your food in an acceptable condition.
