I haven't been back to Pizza Wave in months because of the inconsistency in the quality of their salads. Well, recently I went back a few times with a friend and I was surprised that their salads were GREAT again. I would have given them 5 stars but twice when I asked for the greens to be cut up a bit more that usual, it came back like shredded cabbage. This has happened every time I have asked for it to be cut up a LITTLE more. Apparently there is no happy medium. ( This really stuns me too. How do thy not know that the salad should be user friendly. I don't what to have to cut it up at the table. It gets too messy. ) Staff is fairly friendly these days too! Good improvement. read more

Been here 10 times in summer 2011. Have to say staff stinks...no smiles..no personality. Summer duds filling in and waiting to head back to college or whatever. Food is very bad. When I asked for a chef salad, they provided the smallest amount of cheese, ham, etc. When I asked for the wings to be cooked longer, I got blank stares like I was from Mars. Wings were soggy.
