Pizza wave has wonderful Spaghetti and meatballs. I have gotten the take out which is so tasty and it is packaged in a great aluminum package with plastic lid nd comes with six generous meatballs. I get it with the cheese and there is an ample portion where I can get three full meals from the one portion which is large. Staff is friendly, urbane and polite. The service; this is a review of the unprecedented chivalrous service we received. It is warm out, but the a/c was such that I was actually tightening my shoulders. Being kind, my husband asked if one of them knew if we might have simply chosen the coolest spot in the joint (seat yourself). There were few people eating in, more people were picking up orders. Not only did the gentlemen turn down the a/c, one of them came out and offered me his sweatshirt ~ so genuinely and gentlemanly. My husband said "You gotta YELP them about this." The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Used to order from here often not even because it's good food but because it's so much cheaper, but after the last time I will tell everyone I know not to order from here. We ordered two pizzas 1) Large Hawaiian Pizza add bacon. 2) Large Onion Pizza Extra Onion the extra onion pizza had so little onion there wasn't even onion on some of the pieces, yet we got charged $2 for extra on it. Then the "Hawaiian" was Linguica and Bacon No Pineapple No ham. And we got charged for a large hawaain add bacon which came out $28 for one pizza. We didn't realize the mistakes until after the delivery driver left because who checks their pizza at the door. Called them back and told them the problem. They wanted us to drive all the way there with the mess up pizzas after we paid the deliver fee and tip and clearly weren't going to come. They told us the owner made the pizzas himself and they were made perfect. We couldn't get a refund or new pizzas delivered or anything. Worst pizza place read more

Not impressed with the pizza from Pizza Wave! This weekend we were passing through the area, so we decided to grab a few pizzas from this restaurant. When we ordered to-go, the employee on the phone seemed flustered and was fairly short. This amazing experience continued when we arrived. From the moment we entered the restaurant, the cashier was rude and brisk. The cashier seemed less than happy to be in the restaurant and what frustrated me the most was the fact that she was rude to fellow staff members. When it came to the food, nothing special here. The pizza was greasy, the "large" pizzas were tiny, and the Hawaiian Pizza lacked ham and had sloppy pineapple everywhere. On top of that, the sauce gave us instant heartburn which doesn't happen at other shops in the area. Overall, the pizza was average, but what killed this restaurant for me was the service and overt staff tension. read more

I would give them 0 stars if possible. They charged me $2 more than the price of my pizza that they advertised on the menu above the cash register. When I pointed this out, they said they couldn't charge me the price that they were advertising on the menu about the cash register or take a pen and correct the price because the website is advertising incorrect prices as well and they have to match. read more

First time me and my girlfriend split a tuna salad sub and small cheese pizza, tuna was the best solid white albacore tuna I've ever gotten from a sub shop, and the pizza was crispy and delicious, with crust cheese and sauce nicely balanced, Greek style. Second time I grabbed a maui pizza for lunch and the Hamburg on it was nicely cooker it's just the right seasoning and, again, nice and crispy and everything you want from a pizza. BBQ chicken pizza. Don't think twice, just order it. You won't be disappointed. I stay in Mashpee most weekends and pizza options are rather slim for where we are. Sick of Pizza Prima (yuck), a friend suggested we order from Pizza Wave. I didn't even look at the menu, I wanted BBQ chicken and if they don't have it then we weren't ordering from there! Luckily, they do have it. We also got a large half peppers/half mushrooms. Can you say, yum??? I was in pizza ecstasy. Three of us literally demolished the BBQ chicken, not realizing the actual pizza purchaser didn't get any! They also said the pepper and mushroom one was good. My only suggestion would be a tiny bit more BBQ sauce. Otherwise, excellent. I also hear they have dollar drafts...?
