Pizza Village is incredible and has great Calzones and chicken tenders! The first time my fiancé's family ordered from her I had a pepperoni calzone with light pepperoni. As an Italian I was VERY impressed with the portion size and the amount of cheese in the calzone. They took it very seriously and did not over do my pepperoni! That made me extremely happy! The size of the chicken tenders are twice as big as a normal chicken tender. Take a Cheddar's size chicken tender and double that size. The overall food and quality is great! I may be bias, but this is my favorite pizza in my town. Pizza village is always consistent and always good. I'm not a chicken wing type of person (I know gasp) but they're pretty good from here. My typical order is a large cheese and pepperoni pizza and a side of BBQ chicken fingers. I have never had a issue with service or the food. Also the fact that "Emily S" below said "they don't wear a mask" makes me like them more. My family has been ordering from Pizza Village for over 30 years, and up until now, everything has been great. LOVE the drive-up window. I don't know if the original owner is involved any more, but his motto was always "you have to be there". The food I ordered tonight was...not great. Two calzones, both with Italian sausage, one with red pepper, one with mushrooms. The sausage/mushroom was OK, but the sausage/red pepper was no bueno. The red pepper was in big pieces (it should have been sliced), and the sausage was missing entirely. We have a free calzone pending, but that's kind of not the point. Also, the pizza sauce served on the side was cold. Why would I want to dip a hot calzone into cold sauce? The menu has changed a lot, and that should have been a red flag. It's all over the place. Burritos? Taco pizza? What? But hey, if they're selling, I guess that's awesome. But going forward, not going to be ordering from here any more. read more

We are a regular customer yesterday we decide to eat the have a new young waitress first she said was nice and she take our order the used to have my drink of Raspberry tea now they don't and then the a different tea so I only order glass of water and my partner he order blue moon and we order food I have pizza he have half tuna and a in end we call the waitress to get our bill so he was going to pay but I know this that it was to much so I did the bill we have been charge for $2.75 so I ask to the waitress and it was the glass of water and I said What? Well this is the last time I order food from there. The tall dark hair lady that says she's the manager is always in a nasty mood and seems to be always bitching about customers in front of other customers or screaming into the kitchen at the cooks like she owns the place. If the owner is involved at all I think he/she needs to look into his/her management because it's clear this lady shouldn't be a manager especially when she is bitching about customers in front of other customer's to employees as we wait to be waited on. I picked up pizza I had ordered by phone. First time there. Reason for negative review: none of the employees were wearing face masks. I asked why they don't wear masks when they are handling food and serving the public, and the reply was a false statement that mask wearing isn't mandated in that county. Point of education, it is a New York State mandate, which would include that county since it's part of New York State! I am disappointed that management and every employee at Pizza Village is careless with public health, and even more disappointed that the employee I spoke with lied to my face about why they were being careless. Being that I am a nurse, I strongly suggest that you not visit this establishment as the employees have decided that it's okay to put your life in their hands by not wearing face masks at all. I cannot understand the indifference and ignorance that exists during this health crisis. ANYONE can be infected with this particular virus at ANY TIME, and not know it. Wearing a mask protects those around you from what you could potentially be sending out into the air for them to inhale and become infected by. You definitely should not have a job in food service if you don't care about protecting others. I'm left to wonder if politics is driving this kind of indifference, or if it's just an ignorance as to how the Covid-19 virus spreads? read more

Honestly my favorite part is the drive through pick up window. I remember doing through it when I was a kid with my family and there is just some nostalgia there. It needs a facelift, in my opinion. The pizza wasn't bad, but it looked like it was sliced by a toddler and the sauce had no flavor. None of the slices were equivalent in size. I ordered the honey garlic wings, but tasted nothing of garlic. Hot wings were ordered as well and were mild if anything. I was given sauces in packets, expecting individual serving sizes. My family's been ordering from this place since its first incarnation as Brigham Express Pizza back in the 1980's. The pizza hasn't changed much, and that's a good thing. The crust is still slightly thick, the sauce sparsely but evenly spread, the mushrooms still shaved nearly paper-thin. The pizza, tuna and chicken finger subs are great and served on almost laughably long, slender rolls. My mom is a fan of their barbecue-sauced wings and chicken fingers.
