So we ordered the family deal it was a large two topping pizzas breadsticks and a 2 L Root beer. The gentleman on the phone that I spoke with said he was going to be there is less than 45 minuets. Which was a lie because it took almost an hour and a half for us to get our food. When we got the food it was cold. We sent it back and we called the people I'm with like well what are you gonna do about this it's called they said they'll remake it and send it back out. We tried to call the manager and they said it wasn't a manager on duty so we asked them how you guys going to fix this mistake that you did because it almost took altogether about three hours for us to get our pizza which is not a complicated order//they refused to give us a discount or even refund the money back for their mistake// They kept saying oh it's in traffic he was stuck in traffic it's a lot of traffic out which at the time was 440-ish and he wasn't as much traffic out //so we were trying to figure out what was going on with our food//when we got our food it look like it the toppings were thrown on there I'm a vegetarian and I don't eat meat but someone was with me and he did it look like the pizza was thrown together at the last minute it was nasty the taste was nasty the look was nasty the breadsticks look like they were just thrown into the box very disappointing//oh am I only asked for bell peppers and I got onions on it //I did not eat all day so I just picked it off and called it a day. if it wasn't for the drink that help put it down, I wouldn't ever ate it. read more

I think this place deserves a better rating! I live in Seatac and this is the only decent pizza place. I wouldn't recommend getting any of the sides to be honest and that's why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5. They look and taste like typical frozen and deep fried sides, and I'm not a fan. The pizzas are awesome though! Fairly priced and always taste fresh. I've had nothing but pleasant experience with their delivery; they're always on time if not quicker, pizzas are always still nice and hot when I get them, and every single one of the delivery guy/gal has been friendly and nice. And I just love the garlic topping they have. Yay for Pizza Time because if not for this place, we'd be ordering weird yucky gross fusion inspired pizza from other places. read more

Pizza is low quality, but it's priced accordingly. That's about the best summary of the place that I can give. While staying at a hotel down the street, I went in here for a quick dinner. It's in the same building as the 7-11 store. For takeout it took about 15 mins to make the pizza. It was pretty much lots of dough, very skimpy on the toppings. But it's cheap and there's not much else around, so they have that going for them. You get what you pay for. I doubt that I would go back. read more

If you live in a apartment where you buzz people in, they flat out refuse to enter your building and walk up to your unit to deliver your pizza, at your front door. You have to go down to street level, and get your order at the entryway. Their excuse was: "we can't leave our cars unattended." Last time I checked cars have locks... Second excuse was: "we can't enter a locked building." These buildings aren't locked for invited guests who are expected, and buzzed in... I wrenched my ankle helping a buddy move. No broken ankle from the exrays but I ordered a pizza because I was laid up. I couldn't put any weight on it to go down the stairs. "Tough luck buddy" was their answer from the driver and the manager. I canceled the order, and hope they aren't going to charge me anyway. My partner and I had just had a long flight and just wanted to relax and order some pizza. Seatac didn't seem to have a lot of options but we found Pizza Time and thought their menu and easy online ordering system looked good. The pizza was delicious. It took forever though to come. They gave us a twenty minute or so window and it took over an hour. They had my number and never called but it turned out they couldn't find the hotel. The pizza was not steaming hot but it was still good. Very thick crust. A bit pricier than we wanted because you have to spend a minimum to get delivery so we had to add toppings on to it. read more

Jerks. I ordered online, and my credit card was charged. 30 minutes after the pizza was scheduled to arrive I called to check on my order. They were incredibly rude on the phone, and told me I must have faxed it to the wrong the location. I didn't. I triple checked the location before ordering, and the correct location was on my receipt. They didn't apologize, and they didn't offer to help me. They just kept telling I must have sent to the wrong store and I was SOL. I just moved to this neighborhood, and guess where I'm never ordering pizza? Pizza Time. Ordered about a week ago.. My first time too.. Pizza was good chesse bread Omg It was amazing I will be ordering more... I do have to give my honest review on the wings they were not the best they were very simple not flavorable almost a little raw and they were mushy not crunchy at all they just weren't the best maybe if they were fried or maybe put them in the oven they would of been fire. Average delivery pizza. Ordered pepperoni pizza on hand tossed crust and cheese sticks. Crust, cheese, and sauce were the same/similar for pizza and cheese sticks. The crust did the job and not much more. Cheese was good - right amount and good texture/taste. Sauce had a little too much tomato paste (as apposed to sauce) and was too acidic. Toppings on the pizza were a little too sparing. Overall, not too expensive, but not really cheap enough for the lower quality. read more

Just called to place an order at their Seatac location. Holy cow! I could not believe how rude the guy who answered was. He asked for my number and when I gave him my cell, he raised his voice with a tone of irritation and said "THE HOTEL NUMBER, NOT YOUR CELL." I gave him the number on the my room phone and he tells me that isn't the number of the hotel. I assumed it was correct since it is on the phone in my room. So the customer service is horrible. I accidentally made an order online through seatac pizza time. I called to get a refund I get asked what my order was. Didn't ask for any of my information. Then tells me it takes 72 hours and hangs up before I can ask anything else. Then few days later call to talk with someone because its almost 72 hours and still nothing. He tells me 72 hours and I wait for the 72 hours. I call back today and then he tells me that the owner can only do the refund. So I should call back on monday morning. So this person tell me this after I called twice and get told 72 hours and now its been 5 days since the order. They are just now asking for my information. I ordered on saturday and the next monday still no return is done. I am getting the round about and its seeming they are refusing or taking their time to give refund. Since it was just down the road from my motel, we decided to try the pizza place on our keys. Ordered one large pan and one large thick crust. They were both great. And the pan pizza crust was one of the best we've had around the country. We were impressed with the amount of toppings for the price and how delicious the individual toppings were. My bf says, "It must be good. My hypothalamus isn't working." We've tried 4 pizza joints in and around Seattle on this trip out. This is by far the best we've had. Mod pizza was good, but expensive and only thin thin crust. I don't even remember the other two because they weren't all that great. Pizza Time was delicious, with options, and at a great price. One star because I cant rate it with 0 or I would. Ordered delivery. Opened the box and could immediately smell that the pepperoni was spoiled. I tried a piece and it was definitely spoiled. I called them and they told me they couldn't do anything about it and that I can call back in the morning and talk to the manager Kevin. So I call Kevin in the morning and he was ever so rude arguing with me that the pepperoni wasnt bad. I told him "I tried a piece because my daughter wanted some." He said "why was your daughter up so late?" (10:45pm) That is none of his business and besides the point. Then he asked me "who did you talk to last night?" I said "I dont know it was a guy."
