If your food is good, great but standing by while another business lies to customers using your name is not a good look. You're complicit in misleading families who are trying to plan special events for their kids. People deserve transparency, especially when it involves money and trust. The sandwich is TERRIBLE. I returned to show the manager how my food was prepared. He said that's how the sandwich is made. It comes with 5 shrimps in the sandwich. And if I wanted to add extra shrimp it would be $1.25 per shrimp. 5x1.25=6.25. Is the additional $8.25 for bread & vodka sauce??? They refused to give me my money back. I was told that form of customer service does not exist for them. I can either pay for more shrimp, or accept it as it is. They lost my business over $15.

For awhile, I felt like I solved the master equation - extra sauce on the pizza ended up giving us a perfect pie that was always done right. Unfortunately, we've hit a pretty consistent wall of...well, inconsistency. The last three pizzas have come out with about a third of the crust folded up, as if the pizza was made too big for the box. Trying the extra sauce on the pizza trick, which was formerly the way to get a perfect blend of sauce and cheese, now results in a pizza that is nearly impossible to eat without a fork and knife. Going the opposite direction and keeping the standard sauce leaves you with a large-scale version of cheesy bread, but not the kind you find yourself wanting to dip in marinara on a game night. I also must mention that my "extra sauce" was once erroneously made extra cheese, and it was far and away the worst pizza I ever ate. So whether it's a new pizza maker, a bad new recipe, or just the inconsistency finally showing through, there's something about the recent experience that would have me turning to most of the other options in the area.

First off, the personal pizzas are great. They have a dough that is thin with the right amount of chew. I got the 4 cheese white pizza and then the eggplant with red sauce and both were excellent. Also got a plain for my son and it was fine, I just prefer the specialty pies. The grilled chicken focaccia sandwich is very good, because this place is doing the focaccia right. The homemade potato chips are great, crispy and salty, generous portioned as a side order but also comes with every sandwich. I also tried a sausage Stromboli which was huge. It was a little overloaded with cheese, but with that same excellent pizza dough and a very flavorful Marinara dipping sauce, it's a good meal. The real miss for me was the meatball sub. The meatballs were not good, somewhat mealy texture and not much flavor. Will not order again. My wife has had both subs and wraps there and really gives them high marks. I'm going to keep coming back for the personal pizzas, the homemade chips and the focaccia.

The restaurant itself is on a nice strip of stores and restaurants with street parking available. They have outdoor seating if that's your thing. Indoors is nice and there were plenty of tables and chairs. The drink cooler has sodas, teas, juice, sparkling water--a good blend of choices. Some of the sodas are Massa branded which was kind of cool. I personally got a Diet Coke, my bestie got a sparkling blood orange water, and her husband got the orange soda. For pizza, I got a slice of clams and a slice of carciofo. Clams was good, but the artichoke was tastier. Either way, the crunch and softness of the dough was out of this world. Dough REALLY makes the pizza and this was no exception. It was really perfect. Unfortunately, I don't live here in order to get this all the time, otherwise I would. This was FANTASTIC.
