My husband got the BBQ pizza and was very happy - both for dinner, and for the next day's lunch. I got the chicken parm, and also had plenty for a large lunch the next day. (and the green beans that came with were also JUST the way i like them - not overcooked, garlicy, and delish). Zero complaints. We won't be able to navigate a second visit this trip, but would 100% put it on our to-dos the next time.

Dreadful customer service. The manager's or owner's teenage daughter is extremely rude! One night they sent me burnt pizza and wings! Burnt. Black crust and dough we had to try to cut through with a knife. The wings? Just as bad. Got pics to prove. If you complain about it --which if you're paying for it is your right --they get an attitude about it and try to downplay it like oh it's the type of pizza you ordered ... um, what ?! I didn't order "Pizza-La Burnt"! Or that they were really busy. The manager told me he made it himself and that he burnt the first one and didn't want to give it to me. Yet somehow that burnt pizza and burnt wings ended up being delivered to me! Since then (January 22, 2017) I've not bothered with that place again. They will not be seeing any more of my money., Not ever again. No one wants to spend their hard earned money on atrocious customer service and bad food! read more

I will start by saying, the food here is good, but it stops there. I have ordered food from here 5 x's total and 100% of the time, they deliver the wrong food. My last order from them is the "straw that broke the camel's back" and I will NEVER order from this place again. Not only did they get the order wrong, when I called to tell them the order was wrong, they offered to bring me the correct item, and guess what........ they brought me the wrong food AGAIN!!!! To add insult to injury here, every time I have had to call back to inform them of their error, you can here them arguing about the order while I'm on hold on the line. Final fail about this restaurant.... don't think about trying to order Online, their website doesn't even work. That probably should have been my first clue. read more

Hello. I really wish I could leave a good review. Unfortunately, I can not. I have been to some less than stellar places to eat and have been treated better than I was in this establishment. I ordered quite a bit of food to feed my 4 daughters and their friends for a sleepover. It was the biggest waste of $65 dollars I could have spent. The girls had burned pizza for their sleepover! I also ordered a large antipasto, which had basically only lettuce and a few pieces of meat and cheese. The chicken wings tasted as if they were cooked in old grease. When I called them to voice my issues, the owner I believe, Frank is his name, was very curt with me and accused me of "making up stories" to get free pizza! They have very good burgers and fries as well. They serve draft beer, and I think they have ice cream. There's a tv above the handful of tables inside. Mohammed, who works next door at the grocery market (he owns both Tina's Grocery AND Presto Pizza), is a great guy who tries to stock customer favorites. He's listened to multiple suggestions over the decades re: Presto Pizza and Deli, and he's tried hard to give customers what they want. Brothers Pete and Gary have worked in the conjoined stores for as long as I've been going (16 years plus) and are truly hardworking, affable, great guys. The fact they've stayed so long says something very positive about both the market and the pizza/deli restaurant. Keep up the good work! You're a Northwood treasure!
