Later in the week i did speak with Stephanie who said yes, the food truck didn't open that day as they had an event and it was their online vendor Door Dash, who took payment and we should deal with Door Dash. i just spoke with the truck operator on the phone and he talked to the owner and confirmed we would have to deal with Door Dash. Door dash is the vendor they use for online ordering and the customer should not be responsible to resolve. Really? Wouldn't it have been the correct customer service thing to do and give your loyal customer the food they ordered (and always enjoyed) Instead of telling them to try and get their money back from Door Dash?
