I love pizza. Pizza gives me great joy, but rarely do you find a place that makes pizza where you can't shut up about it. Fabulous Pizza was that for me. When I was in town visiting my family, we came here for dinner. My mom ordered garlic knots, my husband had a Greek Salad with chicken, and we got two pizzas for us all. The size of the pizzas were definitely much larger than we anticipated so that was a learning lesson. Although we love leftover cold pizza, we were traveling so it was a lot. My family comes to this establishment all the time, and it is family owned and operated. The inside is a cozy space. Not a ton of seating, but we got there at a perfect time when it wasn't very busy. Preferable to us. The pizzas were to die for. Drool worthy. The taste was so good both steaming hot and refrigerated cold. This is another place in Georgia I wish I could pick up and move near us back in Florida. It would be a smash down here. Our waitress remembered all the items my mom would usually get from her visits, and that impressed mom very much. Who doesn't like attention to detail or to feel special when you come back that not only does someone remember you, but all your favorites too? I would highly recommend coming here. Typically this place is good. I've told everyone about this place for years but it's changing. I've noticed and not in a good way or bad, just cutting corners. There are times where you taste the ingredients quality decline. Normally everything is made fresh, but lately they're preordering some ingredients. Went here a couple of weeks ago with my three boys. Started off with the garlic knots, which were really good. They were hot and fresh, and the garlic butter was tasty. As with most garlic knots, though, the marinara sauce was cold; have to admit that I've never understood this, as this isn't the only place I've been that does it. It was good, don't get me wrong, but I'd rather have it warm. Personal preference. Ordered two pizzas: a supreme and a meat one. Came out hot and were delicious. The only complaint here is that the main crust (not the edge) was soft. Now, the crust was tasty, but rather than being thin and crispy, it was thin and a bit soggy/limp. Again, didn't take away from the taste, but just know that going in. The place is small. Has maybe eight booths and then a set of tables down the middle, so if you go when it's busy, be expected to have to wait a bit. Of course, it also helps if some of the employees' kids weren't taking up one of the booths all night. So: garlic knots good, marinara sauce good but cold. : pizza good, but crust is thin and can be "limp" or "soggy". : seating not so good when it's busy. Absolute dissapointment. It has been multiple times now that we have been let down from this "pizza joint". It has been multiple occasions that my family has ordered pick up from this place and we always get the same excuse, which does seem a little odd. The first time we ordered I was told it would be 30-35 mins, which is understandable. I arrived approx. 45 mins later only to be told that there was an issue with the ordering system and it seemed as if they just put our order when I arrived which I had to wait an additional 30 mins. The same thing happened when I ordered a second time on 11/03/23. I only ordered a 14" pizza and was told it would only take 20-25 mins. I again waited longer just in case so I arrived 40-45 mins after order, onlly to be told the same thing that there was an issues with the over the phone ordering system and they just now started our order. Not to mention I was there with my 6 year old son who was hungry and was watching other customers who came in after us pick up thier food as soon as they arrived. Not sure if there is favoritism if your a local but definitely be aware before you order food from this enitity. Very unorganized and Gabriel (The manager) is very unprofessional. He seemed like he did not want to be there and did not want to take any accountability. Will not be going back and do not recommend unless you are a local who they know. read more

This is the best pizza in Valdosta and the wait definitely proves it. We usually wait at least 30 minutes for our pizza but that's because it's cooked fresh. The pizza dough is the best part. We would have given it a better rating; however, the waiters are a little slow and there is also a long wait for appetizers like the garlic knots. My recommendation for Fabulous Pizza would be to start every customer with a small, free appetizer, such as a couple of garlic knots or even some mozzarella bread and marinara, to ease the hunger while waiting for the fresh pizza. Their price points are right, they're not trying to be something they are not, the only thing that falls short is the actual pizza. The crust is a little bland and doughy, and way too thick. The amount of sauce they put on the pizza makes the crust soggy and the toppings slide off. When it comes to pizza, the ratios are everything, and they just get it all wrong. Definitely not the NY-style pizza I had hoped it would be. At the end of the day, I'd put it on par with the likes of Little Cesar's. Several months ago while staying at the LA Quinta Inn, we were told about Fabulous Pizza. We ordered and we so impressed. We travel the I75 corridor frequently and ordered again about six weeks later. Also very good. In October, we attempted to order and the phone just rang. We gave up and ordered from Pizza Hut. Last night we attempted to order again and the phone was busy all the time. On a Saturday night? With NFL football on? Went through an online ordering service and waited 45 minutes before getting a call from the online service saying they couldn't get in contact with them. Good luck trying to place your order over the phone quickly and correctly. Employee doesn't speak/understand English and has to place you on hold to get another to take order. Inside looked unsanitary with customer service being slow and untrained. Bring your kid to work was going on too, servers stopped helping customers because they needed to attend to their children coming out from back area. Pizza was okay, nothing great especially for the price with a very small sized large pizza. Cheese bread (cheese sticks) was a joke of a presentation. Wait time was 1 hour and 30minutes ( told it would be 45 Minutes) Made a special request that they include forks for the salad and napkins. When order delivered there were no forks to eat the salad, no napkins, no plates, no seasonings and all the delivery guy said was "I'm sorry" and left. I call Fabulous pizza after delivery and was told they would send the delivery person back with necessary utensils to eat our meal. NEVER CAME BACK! Too tired to go to restaurant for assistance.
