Pizza Plus is a pretty good place with good prices. Delivered to my door, our order only came out to about $28 after I tipped the driver. The estimated wait time for our food was an hour and the delivery showed up about ten minutes sooner than we expected. The wife and I are excited to try more items from the menu. I got two specialty pizzas (LX) and w/that you get a choice of garlic knots, or drinks ( I got drinks) and little old me couldn't carry them both pizzas and drinks out and one of the young ladies came from out the kitchen, and offered to help me! They gave me completely the wrong pizza - ordered a half cheese half pepperoni and got a bacon/sausage. It was in the middle of a thunderstorm so I didn't want to go back. Went here once years ago in person but I'm n a big pizza fan overall so we didn't go back as we normally do delivery through the "standards". But. Stumbled upon them again here on Yelp and realized they also have other stuff besides pizza AND they have free delivery if you order over $20. Got spaghetti w meat sauce. Was excellent. Noodles premixed w marinara which helps a lot when you are serving it up. Serving was huge. Big enough for me to eat on for days. Daughter got the Penne Vodka sauce which was also very good. Portion also big. Food delivered nice and hot and wrapped in plastic wrap to keep it from leaking which was nice. Got bread w it which was just ok. A little chewy and seemed like maybe they had been reheated in a microwave. Fried mushrooms also - which were good but were the standard prefrozen kind of ones and not the ones where they batter them there but was still good. Horrible owner ! No customer service. They advised me 45 minutes . I arrived 1 hour later since they advised they were busy . They told me my pizza was in the oven . I waited 15 minutes more ( now 30 minutes past my initial Estimated time. Again They said it's in the oven . I watched them pull out over 12 pizzas. It was fine if it wasn't ready but they kept lying saying it's in the oven . No aplogies . I asked for manager Which was the owner overlooking and hearing everything i said . .didn't care . I waited another 5/10 min . Finally the owner slammed the pizzas down didn't look my way nor aplogized or attempt to acknowledge even after two of the workers went to him . He responded "I'm busy " . I asked for a refund . He over heared me and out the pizza back on top of the oven. And still never aplogized or have any customer service of acknowledgment!!! Good pizza or not . Customer service is everything and for a owner to listen and not give two cares about the service being provided i woukd never spend another penny in this place !!! read more

The pizza from here is good, not great. The spaghetti and meatballs were good. The meatballs were large and tasted really good too. They do deliver and the carryout was quick too. Recently moved to Chesapeake & I gotta say... there aren't too many places that I know around here that deliver. Anywho... we found this place, not far from the house that sells pizza, wings, subs, etc. So far, the wings have been very good! Pizza is pretty good as well! They do have a gigantic pizza, which we have gotten twice. Although it is still good... it's very greasy! It kinda makes the crust soggy, or it appears that way from the grease. On the down side...I had a sub...i think it was the Italian sub... they drenched balsamic vinegarette on it. My family has been going to this place for years, if my mom was writing a review she would give it five stars and tell you it's her favorite place to eat pizza at. Personally if they closed down I wouldn't be too mad. The food is not bad! It's just not my favorite...I do know a lot of people who do enjoy this place though!
