I didn't check in because I had it delivered and it was so good! I decided to order based solely on Yelp reviews and I'm glad I did. I ordered their family special: 16 or 18 inch pizza (either way it was huge), 10 wings, and a order of garlic knots for $22. The cost was perfect and gets crisper once heated. This is the best pizza I've had in Chesapeake and it saves me time driving downtown in Norfolk and they deliver so I no longer have to leave the house for great pizza. It is hard to find some good New York style pizza in this area, but let me tell ya, Pizza Plus does a pretty good job with their pizza. Typically, we order a small Cheese pie and 20 wings and that is plenty for us. The wings are also good. Pizza Plus offers great deals on their pizzas and the prices are very reasonable. I have not had any of the entrees offered at Pizza Plus because we have never eaten in. There is 3 places I go to for pizza, Pizza Plus, Y Not, and Primos. All three are great and have no problem with Pizza Plus providing me a healthy dose of New York style pizza! read more

Fantastic lunch time deals for two slices and a drink! The cheese/ sauce/ to grease ratio is spot on of this pseudo dive-hole in the wall. Worth a try and the garlic knots do not disappoint. Everything we have had here when we come into town has been really good and they will make things the way you want if you sub something. For instance, I wanted romaine lettuce on a salad that had iceberg and they did it for me. Very good food. read more

What used to be a sloppy pizza joint got somewhat of a makeover in more recent years. Still mostly run by teenagers though, and has a youthful feel. The food is good. I recommend the Cheesesteak here as a must try if you're looking for a different Cheesesteak place. read more

Very unprofessional staff, most of the employees look constantly bitter to have to make the food. The service I received was well below satisfactory, also the quality of the food isn't consistent. Pizza Plus was very good and will probably be our go to place for pizza. The small restaurant ( 5 booths) was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. We ordered a large pizza, a calzone and the garlic cheese knots. The pizza was very good, a traditional New York style pizza; thin, light sauce and a little greasy. The calzone was huge and tasty. But my favorite was the cheesy garlic knots and the dipping sauce. I'm looking forward to trying some of their subs and pasta dinners next time. We definitely recommend giving them a try. read more

I love this restaurant, it's definitely my favorite pizza place to go. My family and I like to go every Friday night, and every time the staff are friendly, attentive, and pleasant to talk to. They got our order wrong once, and the manager gave us a free appetizer as well as apologized in person, profusely. Great place! read more

I have been a customer of Pizza Plus since it opened in 2010 and have always had great food and service until tonight. Called in an order that I repeated twice; philly cheese steak with triple meat, extra onion and mushroom, and change provolone to mozzarella cheese, a bacon chicken philly and order of onion rings. The store even called back to confirm the extra onion. When the order came the chicken was fine but the steak was wrong, no mushrooms and had american cheese. Called the store and the girl told me that I ordered a triple cheese steak but to take the provolone off. Explained that I never said triple cheese but wanted triple meat. Told me it would be more money and I said that I figured it would be because of the extra meat. Said they would make another one and the extra charge was $3.35. The new sandwich came and again it was wrong. Came with no onion or mushrooms this time. The delivery person took both sandwiches back and we never heard a word. When I called to find out where the new sandwich was I was told that a refund had been put back on the credit card. When I asked to speak to the manager he was busy. I told the girl I would hold but got told again that he was busy and that there was nothing she could do. When I said that I have been waiting for the sandwich why wasn't I called. Her reply was that she didn't know I wasn't called. The manager refused to take responsibility for anything with this and did not even have the decency to speak directly with me either time I called. My advise; be very careful how you order and don't ever expect to be able to speak to the manager/owner of the store. read more
