It was also a tad pricey for a medium-sized bowl however, it did fill me up, and I enjoyed it. The service was great, and the cashier that rang up the order was friendly. The tables were a bit cramped, and there wasn't much room to really stretch out and enjoy. Overall, this place has homemade food however, the price is a tad high, and the atmosphere isn't the best for long periods of time.

Good for a Mississauga Italian restaurant…read more Capra's is clearly dedicated towards making Italian food the right way. In the back there is a dedicated pasta making station while the front has pizza and charcuterie stations as well. Service was nice and friendly. Exactly what it should be for a casual dining restaurant. Food was good but not spectacular. Risotto special featuring shrimp and mushrooms had a nice flavour but the risotto was undercooked and too hard. Malfadie Alla norcina was excellent and heavy. Creamy truffle taste coupled with sausage was the best dish of the day. Spicy pepperoni pizza was the best of the two pizzas. Clearly fresh and good flavour. Pizza dough was nice and thin. Pizza Bianca was a miss for us. The soft texture of the potato on top of the pizza was very strange to us and made the entire pizza feel weird. Overall, a repeatable solid Mississauga Italian place. I'd come back.

I came here for a friends birthday and made reservations. We were somewhat a large group (~10 people). The table set up was great and overall a nice vibe inside. We ordered a margarita pizza for the table and also had some calamari. I also ordered a calzone. The calamari was great - I really liked the lemon aioli it came with. As for the calzone, definitely a huge pass on this one next time. Imo there was just too much bread and the ham filling wasn't the best. I'd say the pizza is their best dish - great portions too! I wish they had a larger desert menu. They only had an Italian donut the time I visited.

The calamari was delicious, just the right amount of seasoning and the sauce was good. The pizza was decent, the toppings were falling off the pizza (which I hated) but the toppings were fresh and the dough was good. The overall experience is 2 stars only because the price for both dishes wasn't up to par with the food. The 16$ calamari only had 8-10 pieces which is small and the pizza was absolutely not worth 58$. Also was charged a beer but didn't even order it, my buddy split the bill so they double charged us. Didn't even know until we left, but will not be coming back again.

My personal favorite is the Jambalaya Pasta. It's a little spicy and very flavorful. Since someone has a seafood allergy, she is very thoughtful and offered to substitute more chicken for us. They even have a candle warmer for the pizza, which was a first-time experience for me. You can enjoy the pizza at a warm temperature without it becoming hard. As for the Steak Frites, it was tasty. The beef seasoning is perfect, not too salty.

It is not a very spacious restaurant where are the tables are spaced out. Service was decent for a large group. I was surprised there was only one unisex washroom to use. The lock didn't lock properly for me. There is minimal decoration. Nothing to wow about. Old school tablecloth for an Italian eatery. The eggplant parmigiana sandwich was chewy and delicious. The portion was good. The side salad had a light vinaigrette, but I felt the portion of it was small. The menu price items were on the higher end compared to other Italian places that I've been to. Overall, I had a good experience and will love to try their lasagna on a Tuesday.
